The rooms are clean with a nice view, the beds are comfy, the breakfast - while oscillating around the usual hotel menu - fulfilling enough and with enough choice to meet everyone's needs. The staff is helpful and professional. There is a bus stop pretty close to the property which can take you to Kuźnice, the town centre or the railway station. There are also a few convenience stores pretty close.

The wifi is pretty poor - which, unfortunately, is becoming a standard around the whole Zakopane. Not that anyone comes to the mountains to get a good internet speed, but nevertheless please don't expect to do any serious video calls on the property wifi. The parking lot around the property is quite small. When most of the rooms are booked, be ready to park your car in the street outside (which, admittedly, is a dead-end street anyway), especially if you return with it in the evening.

We came later than it was expected but had very easy check-in with code provided by sms. There was a fridge and a kettle in the room, cutlery and mugs and we find some tea/coffee, sugar and honey kindly offered to us! Room was with nice balcony, comfy beds and big closet for all our things. And the breakfast was fantastic all the time! There was lot of fresh fruits, berries and vegetables, great coffee, pancakes, very delicious bakery, many salads to choose from, pickles, different kinds of cheese, with mozzarella and Camembert, scrambled eggs and also meat dishes, but as I’m vegetarian I can’t say much about them :) And I really miss that very berry cranberry jam, it is worth coming back to! Willa has great location, bus stop is on the corner, bus no 14 or 18 will take you to central bus/train station and with bus no 19 or 24 there is only few stops to Kuźnice.

Our fridge was very bubbling at night, but it wasn’t much disturbing to us, because we were very tired after long hiking, otherwise I suppose it would be possible to use one in the hall. Also other kind of rooms has kitchen unit outside bedrooms, so this isn’t so important.

Room was big, clean, and comfortable. Bathroom was big and clean. Breakfast was good. Different main every morning. The view of the mountains! Location wise a bit outside of centre but bolt scooter are nearby. The hosts are very friendly. Don't speak English that well but with translate and some hand signals we got everything done. We asked for 1 extra night and the host made it happen. Had to switch rooms but we were in last moment to so.... Our mistake

The automatic air fresheners. There was a strong smell when we got to our room. We were never shown where the hot bath was what is in the pictures.

The quiet neighbourhood looked like a winter postcard the morning we woke up after a night of snowing. The heat in the room was adjustable so we could make it as warm as we wanted and it was very cosy, with a large bed and comfy pillows and covers. They serve a very good breakfast with plenty of standard products and home-made specialties. We got a discount voucher for the nearby thermal complex which was amazing (Chocholow)

Over the weekend when more guests arrived there were not enough parking places, but we managed somehow.

Location was great, the hotel staff your brilliant.we arrived late because of trouble with our transfer no turning up at the airport. The hotel was very understanding and made sure we had no problems when we got to the hotel. The lady made sure we had, food, drinks coffee, tea and milk in our room. Thank you would definitely stay again

Great place. We had a beautiful view on the mountains from our big balcony. The room is spacious. It has a comfortable bed, clean bed sheets. Spacious restroom, hot water and good water pressure included. It was calm in the hotel during our stay, so we've rested well. The hotel is located closer to the mountains rather than the main entertainment street. There is a bus station nearby, so you get to the Krupówki str. or a railroad station fast. If you like the walking, in 40 minutes you can reach the Tatra National Park and lower station to the Kasprowy Wierch.

Good location if someone does not like busy area. Breakfast was tasty, variety of choice for everybody. The place is clean and smell nice. We had room with balconies on the last floor. Close to shops a good restaurants and also not far from main tourist routes like Kuznice. I will book this place again for my next visit in Zakopane :-)

Not really much to say only small minus for not much choice of food (breakfast) on our last day and the towells have not been changed during stay.

Next to several bus stops. Very clean and cosy. Fridge in the room and corridor. Microwave in the corridor.

The room was exactly like the photos, very bright and comfortable. The shower heater worked well too. The staff were helpful, they provided instructions to get around Zakopane despite a slight language barrier and allowed me to drop off my luggage in advance.

I didn't know the Willas don't provide shampoo/body soap, so remember to bring your own if you stay here! Location wise it is slightly farther from the city centre but it is easy to take the public bus/ mini buses to travel around.

Location was good. We had the upper floor. All though a tight space but had comfortable beds for 5, chairs to sit on and small balconies. Breakfast was a nice bonus to have right on the spot.
