It's a lovely hotel,my single room under the roof was like a fairy tale room, so cozy and comfortable,full of nice details. It was amazing that in such a small room there was a small table with a tiny armchair, a fridge,a microwave, a toilet with a comfortable shower, a television and a wardrobe. In addition the sauna and jacuzzi were so nice and enjoyable after the skiing.

If you don't have a car you have 30-40 minutes walk to do to reach anything

The best thing about this place was the breakfast and the two ladies who prepared and served the breakfast. It was every day a bit different, good variety of choices, freshly baked pancakes, salads, bruschetta, cakes etc. The breakfast ladies filled up always everything quickly and were super nice. They are doing a great job. The room was nice, warm and clean, but nothing special. Good value for money. Spa is a plus.

You can pay only in cash, at least the taxes for sure (we paid the rest in advance via booking). The guy at the reception asked us to pay the tax by check in, but we did not have zloty or small coins in eur. He was angry, even when we told him that we will pay later, when we change money. Anyway it was inconveniente. Next day, the girl at the reception was not nice either, when we asked her to help with the spa entry - it turned out, that the guy gave us incorrect info about the spa entry. Only because of the reception I am giving a 9 and not 10.

The room and bathroom were big enough. The shower was pleasant, but the jacuzzi and sauna on the ground floor were sooo relaxing. The towels were super soft and everything was very clean. The area of Zakopane is beautiful.

The location is a bit far from the center if you are walking or coming from the train station. I would advise using the Bolt electric scooters and park nearby.

Location was good. The staff were exceptional. Cleanliness of the facilities and having the Spa after a long day of hiking was great. Breakfast was spot on. Enough to fuel you to get the day going.

The view was amazing, a very quiet neighborhood and a convenient store around the corner, it was a dream. The breakfast was super good and whenever we needed help the people working there assisted us. The pool and sauna were amazing too

Very good location, jacuzzi was good and open in evening, parking was large and it was very easy to park the car, the room was warm and heated.

No soap & shampoo in the shower. The rooms were not serviced. Wi-fi was very bad.

Comfortable place, there is transport, shops and restaraunts near, also it's easy to reach to the city's center. Room is clean, there is everything you need. Also, sauna is a great additional option. Thanks!

Spa facilities, room and bathroom look

No tea and coffee in room, tv channels did not function, breakfast could start at 7 instead of 8

Good location, it was easy to reach the hiking trails from here (by foot and by car). Close to the center too. The area around was quiet during our stay. Room was spacious enough, microwave, small fridge and hot water pot were very useful. Breakfast was very good. To sum - a great value for the price.

The place was comfortable and spacious with wonderful view from the window. Personel was very pleasant, checking process went smoothly.

Wifi signal was quite low, only worked properly close to the front door. There could also be a broom for daily self-maintenance and a bit more cutlery (there was only one fork) as well as some glasses for adult beverages.
