Good location if you want to hike at Kuznice (local bus stop at the corner) or at the Morskie Oko region. Centrum is ~20min easy walk away, convinient to leave your car at the hotel. Some local supermarket ("Zabka"), a pharmacy and some good restaurant is nearby. Calm, quiet neighborhood. Breakfast is wealthy and diverse; buffet dinner is also good, worth the price. Beds are comfortable, our room has plenty of storage for clothes and hiking accessories. Mini fridge is also good. Unluckily, the inner "drink bar" was closed, but they have so called "szalas" (wood house) on the street front with good beers and especially good cocktails.

Dinner is very early (4-6PM) if you are doing all-day hikes or other activites.

Room was great, comfy, asked for extra pillows and they were supplied. Staff was friendly and understood english. View was wonderful.

Stayed there for 5 days, everything was great except breakfast eggs, they were undercooked, runny, didn't change during the stay, other than that food was great.

Easy and smooth stay, good breakfast, spacious parking lot. Location is also nice - everything is reachable in 10mins by car or 30mins on foot.

The interior design is quite old. The room could use an AC - if the day is sunny, the south faced room could get quite warm in the summer.

I think the after the last 2 times we stayed in previous years breakfasts were better. Specially ham is quite tasteless - would be nice to slhave someting local. Other than that everything was great. Would recomend.

Lovely place with places to eat nearby and a 30 min walk to the main town. Beautiful area. Great value for the price, was basic but definitely reflected the cost. Little kids area outside and evening BBQ. Rooms are a decent size with balcony.

We had a triple room with sloping roof. My 5 year old hit his head a few times, had to move the bed! Sleeping under it can be a bit claustrophobic. But fine for 2 nights.

The location, though not in the centre was ideal for all attractions. The staff is friendly and the facilities all were in a good state.

The fact that we were in one of the higher levels without a lift and had a stroller was inconvenient. The games room being only for adults was a disappointment for the kids

My son lost keys in mountains. There is no option to penalty pay via card. Stuff was....rude. I know that it was our fault that we lost keys, but...that comunication was terrible. They accept only cash. Ammount for key replacement was not small...100€. Bankomat was few km from willa. I told that we will bring money after mountains, there was only 40 min left to reach air train. The answer was-that's not our problem, thats your problem that right now you dont have time and cash and you lost the key

Car parking available at the site. Decent breakfast buffet. Near the bus stop and restaurants.

No lift. Location could be closer to the most important strategical points in Zakopane.
