Breakfast was amazing with so many differet choices of delicious food in all imaginable categories, buffet style. The nearby Polana Szymoszkowa cable car is directly accessible from the hotel entance for a convenient ski-out experience. There is also a fully equipped ski rental booth righ next to the hotelás entrance. The hotel is animal friendly, so lots of pets all around, and also family friendly with a huge in-house playground area suitable for children of all ages. The welness area is also very accommodating and fully equipped with all the essentials in a nice athmosphere.

At times it felt a bit too much with all the kids and animals running arround, but there is possibiility to find some relaxing quiet spots too :)

Indeed a very good hotel with great facilities. Very good pool with dedicated kids area, great play room not only for the smallest one, nice fresh rooms. Breakfast was good and we also were paying extra for the dinner at the same restaurant which was well worth - excellent choice and great value for money. If you ski, everything can be arranged at the hotel and there is a slope with ski in/ski out.

The main hostess at restaurant was very agressive - one of my children didnt come for breakfast and we wanted to take a jogurt and a banana for him - she made a whole mess of out it not allowing to take products from the breakfast which was very unpleasant

The positioning close to the ski slope. The food variety on breakfast and dinner. We liked the fact that it had a ski room (but there is room for improvement - skiers should be able to exit and enter the hotel on the hallway where the ski room is, and not go through reception)

Elevators. Elevators. Elevators. Only 2 elevators work out of 3, and they are very dated and slow - so you usually have to lose time waiting for the elevator (usually 2-3 minutes). The price is bombastic (similar to Switzerland) and doesn't match the quality and the room size. Bar staff has no english knowledge...

The location was great- very centralised but not on the main strip with amazing views of the mountains. The breakfast was fantastic- so much to choose from! We took advantage of the large pool and my kids loved the small waterslides! The restaurant on the main floor was amazing!

The parking was tricky and I didn’t like how we had to use a parking pass to get in and out. Many of the staff said they spoke English but there were many times they could not fully help us. We would try our best to make it work but sometimes it fell short. The dinner buffet was not the best especially for the price.

We came for 2 days skiing, so if not for lack of snow, the location would have been great - it's right by the lift. Liked the spa area alot, the bar area is cosy, but it did get quite rowdy in the evening. Rooms are finished to high standards.

Outside definitely needs some tlc. It is a massive hotel, and so when it's full (felt like it for us!), the breakfast felt like 'survival of the fittest' We got very unlucky with the neighbours- they'd let their kids have a run race in the corridors until midnight while the parents were in the bar downstairs. Also, for a hotel that is 4*, the pillows were just appalling.

Excellent hotel , location ,staff .. but.. No separate area from shouting , crying and screaming children in breakfast room...!! Impossible to eat , rest and talk as young children make horrific noise in every corner of breakfast room... Hotel needs to make clear room separation/division for adults and area for parents with little children.....

Facilities are great, modern, clean, and spacious. Our 5yo daughter really loves the swimming pool area with both normal and heated pools, and a couple of small sliders. The water temperature was perfect as well. The relaxation zone is also great with some indoor and outdoor jacuzzi and saunas. The kids play area is exceptional, I think it's the best I've seen in any hotels. It's very spacious and clean with so many activities for kids. My daughter particularly loved the Lego room. Too bad we missed the movie time. I also feel that all the staffs were very friendly and we could always get some help in a matter of minutes after calling the operator. Lastly, food was very decent, breakfast was quite extensive, and we also tried the restaurant for dinner which turned out okay with reasonable price in a hotel.

We stayed in a standard room which is already quite outdated though it's still clean and comfortable. I guess I can't complain a lot given the price as well which was like 90eur per night. I think there are some other more modern and refurbished rooms with better views as well.

I enjoyed the atmosphere which speaks for itself. Breakfast options were plentiful!

The only thing I don't like and this is probably a European thing...But wash cloths are never provided in many European hotels that I've been in so far. Every now and then I forget to bring a wash cloth just in case; however, bath and hand towels are always provided.

Amazing, nice, clean, amazing breakfast, dinner buffet was very good. Also restaurant serve good quality food. Room with view over the mountains was amazing. For sure we will return😊😊

The relaxation area with different kind of sauna for only 25zl, it was completely worth it and pleasant experience!

The ridiculous standard portion of the meals such as tomahawk beef at the hotel's restaurant. Almost one Kg as standard and not being able to order a smaller portion was really out of ordinary for myself.
