Great quality apartment, felt new and well maintained and the views were amazing. Lots of space, especially cupboards which were very useful for all the ski equipment. Facilities were good, although an oven and toaster would have been useful. Excellent bathroom and shower.

No clear instructions were given about how to access the apartment so we couldn't get in or contact anyone. Luckily someone let us in to the building and we just assumed our apartment was the one with keys in the door! It was a bit of a walk to the nearest bus stop and the closest shop had a limited selection.

Stunning view from the balcony. Very well furnished. Everything is new. Kitchen has all needed amenities. Friendly owners. Once we got checked in we were never bothered again. Great for couples and families. Amazing location to disconnect and relax. Also, very close to Zakopane city centre. We used our own car. There is also spacious parking next to the property. Would highly recommend and will definitely consider re-booking if we ever go back to Zakopane.

Road next to the room have been under construction - sometimes it was difficult to access due to road work. There are no reception.

Everything looked exactly like the pictures, beautiful apartment and the building itself. The host was very nice and we had a nice stay overall! The area was quiet, plenty of places for the car. Our apartment was on the 3rd floor (the last one), no elevator. We had even two balconies!

The AC was located in the main room only, and as it was top floor, in the morning it would get pretty hot. So it would be good idea to instal more AC places in the apartment. Also, we missed things like salt, pepper and kitchen towel. Everything else was as we expected.

The apartment has a very good location, in a quiet street, a bus stop is a few minutes away and the center of Zakopane can be reached on foot. From the room, there is a very nice view of a nice yard and the mountains. Fully equipped, elegantly designed apartments. Parking available directly in front of the house.

Its soundproofing is not the best for apartments. The conversations taking place in the corridor can be clearly heard inside the room, the neighbor's bathroom, drain, dripping water, as well as the pushing of chairs and louder conversations from the apartment above can be disturbing.

Handy to access the whole resort with our car, beautiful views. There is free parking. Walking distance to a small shop and restaurant. Close to ski slopes although we were collected by GoSki for lessons - also great. Very helpful staff and cleaning staff at this appartment, they actually knocked to offer clean towels which isn’t usual in apartments - which was a nice touch.

We could have stayed longer, such a great time.

Very nice apartment, good size, seems very new and very well decorated. The location was great, very quiet, near a water stream, but only few minutes drive to the center of Zakopane.

The service was ok, but not great (when we asked for extra towels or soap it took some time). The apartment is lacking few small things that are useful for us, like coffee machine and washing machine. We received an apartment facing the side of the building, so the view wasn't that great as other apartments that face the front - this was disappointing

We had a wonderful stay in this modern and well-equipped apartment. The flat was stylish, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

The only downside was the reliance on public transport (5-10minutes by bus to the centre) ,the location would be more convenient for guests traveling by car.

Everything was clean, the view was awesome.

Both roads that can be used to access the apartment were under construction and quite tight, which can be annoying if you want to constantly drive back and forth.

Perfect location of the apartment, stylish design, the kitchen is well equipped for everyday cooking, free partking lot in front of the residence, the garden behind the residence where the kids could play snowballs and make snow castles, there is also BBQ area which we did not have enough time to use unfortunately. Very close to ski lifts, and very convenient that there is no need to drive to ski lifts through Zakopane center and all the trafic. The distance to ski lifts is walkable, but we used to drive so that not to carry our equipment by hands. We really enjoyed our stay in the Residence and would love to come back! Thanks to the owners for such a nice place, and to the personnel for being helpful and keeping the place cleen and for the special Christmas decoration of the residence and the apartments!

the sound from the stairwell is very audible , dirty under the bed , no mat for feet in the bathroom, the cleaner started driving out of the apartment two hours before check out
