Hi, We loved our stay in Bambi hotel. The hotel is near all the shops and restaurants and the attractions too. The staff at the reception were very kind helpful. I wanted to buy some fudge chocolate that was given to us free in the room as it was so tasty. The gentleman in the reception said these fudge is only made to order for the hotel but he gave me some for free. Which was so kind of him. Thank I really appreciated that. The only down side is that there was not enough Halal food options for breakfast. Otherwise it was a lovely holiday. We enjoyed our holiday in Zakopane very much. Thank you Bambi hotel and

Not enough options for Halal food

Family friendly hotel with nice atmosphere. The playroom is bigger than it seems from the pictures, the pool and the table football are free, there's also a communal microwave. The kids always found some other kids to play with in the evenings. We were in a deluxe room, it's spacious with a big balcony and the kid's room is well separated. Breakfast is good overall, and we didn't have to wait for anything even when the hotel seemed to be full. Cozy.

The bathroom shows it's age, there were some cracks in the bathroom sink, the hydro massage cabin has some peeloffs, and the bath function was working weird, sometimes it had lots of pressure for a short time and then nothing, the sink also didn't close completely so it took some time to fill up. The neighbouring house is neglected, so the view was not too good from our room.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Zakopane! The location is very easy to find, and the host was excellent — all the check-in instructions were sent on time, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with all facilities and equipment in perfect working condition. There’s plenty of parking available, so no need to worry if you're arriving by car. The breakfast was a real highlight — a wide variety of delicious food options that catered to all tastes. Just a 10-minute walk away, there’s a bus station where you can catch bus numbers 11 and 21, which conveniently take you to all the major tourist spots. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks to Mr. Vasel at reception, who went above and beyond to guide us, help us book tickets online, and make our trip truly memorable. Overall, a perfect spot for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Zakopane. Highly recommended!

Hotel was spotless, room big enough with balcony and reception staff very helpful.

Location just out of town, so quiet area maybe 10/15min walk into town which we didn’t mind. Hotel close up a hill to one of the slopes. Manageable carrying ski boots, and left shoes in a small locker at rental place. Cooked breakfast wasn’t warm at all, although looked lovely. Would have been nice if there was a microwave to warm it up but apart from that lots of other choice. Breads, cereal, fruits.

The room and hotel is very nice and unique, in a local wooden style. Exceptionally clean, new furniture, balkony, and the view to the ski slopes. The breakfast was great, as it is usually every where in Poland! The guys at reception spoke several languages including Ukrainian, which was also pleasant. The hotel has kids area near the breakfast room - play room and the places to seat.

It was surprising that the restaurant worked only for breakfasts, no dinners, no bar. But the host recommended the closest restaurant - just round the corner with local food, which was great. So no complain at this point.

Breakfast was great with tasty coffee, hot food, salads and bread. The play room for kids was super and perfect for us to play cards in while kids played in the ball pit jungle gym. Location was convenient and easily walkable. Room was comfortable and spacious.

Would be great if local smoked cheeses were part of the breakfast and other local foods. We travel partially for food and want to enjoy local delicacies. Would be nice if there was no smoking at all on hotel grounds as we frequently had to close windows as guests smoked on their balconies, parking area, picnic table. Walls are a bit thin and noise was quite loud from neighbouring room.

Lovely architecture and great size of rooms. Breakfast was a bonus, lovely bread and a decent selection of options to choose from. Very pleasant front of house staff.

Cleaning of the rooms is inconsistent - this should be requested by hanging a notice on the door; the first time our room was cleaned really well, next time not at all, third time the bathroom wiped and the beds almost neatly made, but floors and surfaces still needed cleaned.

Sunflower room was so beautiful with very comfy bed.Bathroom with jacuzzi bath is absolutely all what I needed after all day walking in cold weather.The breakfast area was very easy to find also all food was absolutely delicious. Very clean and amazing decorated sitting area.Hotel is in very short distance to the Main Street. I have to say that the staying in the hotel is a lovely experience but all couldn’t be the same without all amazing people working there and taking care of you every second you need them. Couldn’t find

Very nice and friendly staff, exceptionally clean place, surprisingly good location, only 15 minutes walking distance from the very center, 10 minutes to the Szymoszkowa slope (which is overpriced imho, but really close indeed) and you need only 5-10 minutes drive to reach out some well known enterings to the TPN, like Dolina Kościeliska, Dolina Małej Łąki, or roundabout Jana Pawła if you want to start in Kuźnicę. Decent breakfast which is good for a half of the day. Add to that lots of traditional stuff in the hotel and you have a good basis for your stay in Zakopane.

I'd prefer doorways to the chambers a bit higher as I hit my forehead couple of times, but it could be me, as my wife, who's 1m60cm did not see any issues, haha

The place is really beautiful and well kept. It's cosy and you feel at home rather fast. The staff speaks English so it's easy to communicate. It takes 20 min walking to get to the city center. So you can leave your car at the hotel and later walk around the city. They have a recreation room with a pool and foosball tables. Though I was disappointed that it's all paid extra. There are some free kids zones if you would like to get your children entertained.

The breakfast was pretty average. Standard variety of products. A very small collection of bread which was not tasty. The coffee machine was preparing a really bad cappuccino, I hardly finished it. There was no free drinking water available for guests. If you want water, you have to buy it in the machine with snacks.
