We enjoyed our stay very much. Special thanks goes to the lady who prepared delicious breakfast. The room was very cosy, welcoming, warm and spacious, nicely furnished and well-equipped, especially coffee/tea kettle. The mountain view of the room was stunning. It was 15-minute peaceful walk to the city centre, 10-minute walk to Gubalowka. Free parking in the garage was an extra bonus, too.

Good size room with the balcony overlooking the mountains. I only booked it because of it and paid extra to get a room with a view. When I checked in I was given a key to the room located on the 1st floor and all I could see was the courtyard in front of the hotel and the opposite building. The receptionist kindly changed my room, so I was one floor higher and could see the mountain behind the opposite house roof. The receptionist was very helpful in advising places with authentic Polish cuisine. It was good they have a sauna room in the building which can be used and included in the price. The bed was comfortable and room was quiet so it was good quality sleep.

I think I would have preferred to be closer to the city center with all shops and restaurants but chances are the hotel wouldn’t have the view I had and the price would’ve been higher. I ended up ordering a taxi. Another thing is I was looking forward to the clean and fresh mountain air but instead there was a wood/coal smoke from the nearby houses. I couldn’t open the window or go out on the balcony in the evening. It was ok only at the daytime. Also it worth pointing out there steps in front of the hotel in case you are disabled or have kids. It said on the site the hotel is disability friendly but I don’t understand how would a person in the wheelchair get inside without any help from others.

Served our purpose. Location was great and staff very helpful. Breakfast was fine- nothing wow, but fine.

Just a few comments- the bed was very soft and not particularly comfortable as well as really lame pillows. I wasn't expecting everyday cleaning like a hotel but I did expect clean towels every day, and had to ask for more toilet paper since no one entered the room to clean except once and the bathroom did not get cleaned.

It was the best accommodations. In general I never write any kinds of reviews, but i need to write this time for the first time. The girl in reception was incredibly amazing. Unlike the other zakopane people, she speaks English very well and it was very nice. And even she called me a taxi. The bus systems are so complicated and there are no Uber or Bolt taxi in zakopane, it was kind of light in my trip in zakopane. And the room was also amazing. Super clean and large. The refrigerator was not so cold, but if you put your water before you go to bed, you can get a cold water when you get up. The restroom was also very clean and the hairdryer was worked well. The Television worked well and even you can watch youtube through television. But the internet speed is not so fast, just wait a bit of time. The location was normal, not that bad but little bit far from the main street. It takes around 10minutes by foot. It doesn’t take a lot.

I’ll pass the location which is unfixable. I liked this hotel so much, so i think there are no certain cons in this hotel. I didn’t eat the breakfast because I don’t eat in general. So I can’t leave any comments about it.

Clean hotel, great staff, hotel was about 10 minutes walk to Zakopane’s Main Street. Clean bedding and towels after 2 days which was good. The sauna and steam room was great! Towels provided and you get to book the room to yourself for free. Tea and coffee supplied in the room and a water bottle to fill in the water machine.

There was nothing that we didn’t like!

Not gonna lie, I was a bit skeptical about it before actually arriving there. But when I arrived, it totally blew my mind. The mountain view from the balcony of room was beautiful. The room itself was decently spacious with a classic European design and vibe. The service was good as well. The receptionist provided us with a fan upon request, and we were really impressed by it. There is a play area on the terrace for children. Breakfast was a pleasant experience too for us. It's a nice place to stay when in Zakopane. Highly recommended!!

The city center (Krupowki Street) is not very near from Willa Jan. But if you are fine to take a 15 to 20 minutes walk while enjoying the views on the way, then it's not a problem at all.

Fresh, clean and cozy rooms, a microwave oven, coffeemaker and kettle in the room. breathtaking view out of the window and when get out of the Willa. free water available for the guests in the hallway. warm and friendly staff.

Distance to the city center and shops might be a tiny setback. but I was ok with that

Loved the location of the hotel. The view from our balcony was incredible. We enjoyed seeing the sunrise and the snowy mountains. Easy to walk into town and to the funicular even in the snow. Nice breakfast with good variety. The room was a good size and it was nice to have the ability to make a cup of tea or coffee.

The bed wasn't super comfortable and if we didn't leave our car parked the entire time it might have been a challenge to find a spot.

Very good and comfortable room. It was great to feel carpet under the foots. Sauna was included into price. It was warm in the room

The view was not so good as it shown on a picture. I suppose it is depends of the floor of the room. Our room was at the first flour. But personal suggested another room on the highest floor, thanks for that!

The stuff is awesome, very friendly atmosphere. They ready to help and make their best to make your stay comfortable. Sauna was a pleasant bonus, I highly recommend it, especially after a long walk. The location is great. Zakopane is not so comfortable and cheap with taxi as I got used to, but the centre is in a walking distance, so I didn't need taxi at all. The room was spacious and cozy and nice mountain view. It was more comfortable than I expected tbh. A desk was good for sitting with a laptop too.
