A quiet and cozy place, very nice to relax and take a break from the bustle of the city.

Everything is just great in the hotel. But the room I booked was on the first floor with a view of the playground, although when booking I indicated that the floor should be higher than the first. As it turned out, this was the last room in the category I chose. I would like the booked room to match the photos in the description, and if the rooms are already booked by someone, then the photos of the views from the window of the booked rooms should not be displayed in the description. Therefore, this accommodation option did not meet my expectations.

A Rocky Start but a Great Recovery! Our stay got off to a very disappointing start. On the day of our arrival, the property owner informed us that there had been a major issue with their booking system, and the specific unit we had reserved was unfortunately double-booked and already occupied by other guests. We were initially very frustrated, but the owner promptly offered us an alternative house. The first alternative they showed us did not meet our expectations at all and felt like a downgrade from what we had booked. However, to their credit, they listened to our concerns and immediately presented a second alternative. This second house turned out to be an excellent solution for our group! It was spacious, clean, and ultimately met our needs very well. Because of this experience, I cannot rate the original unit we booked. But based on the excellent alternative we received and the owner's effort to make things right, I am giving a positive rating. Thank you for resolving a difficult situation professionally.

We really enjoyed the room with a mountain view. Even though we stayed on the top floor with sloping ceilings, it didn’t bother us at all. The room was clean, the staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. The location is a bit far from the city centre, but knowing how busy it can get, this place was simply perfect. We could fully enjoy the peace of nature and the mountains.

The only thing we didn’t like was that the balconies of the neighbouring rooms were not separated by any solid partition, just a small railing. You can easily see what your neighbours are doing, and they can see you.

Great place, just 15-20 min walk from center, residence is is located in beautiful place with a fantastic view to mountains. Many places for car parking. Appartment itself was cozy, equiped with all necessities. There was also coffee and tea availavle in the room.

It is very subjective, but I was honestly irritaded by electric pole standing straight in a view to mountains from our appartment balcony. It just annoyed me so much :( but as I say it is very subjectibe and for others I beleive it might not matter at all :)

Wonderful location on the edge of town which was perfect for us as we liked the quiet. Stunning views from balcony. Clean modern apartment with everything we needed. Walked to ski lift from apartment which was so convenient. Stairwell and lift area smelt beautiful and clean. Wide open area to park the car outside the apartments. We had a fantastic time here and would definitely return.

Bed on mezzanine was just a mattress on the floor but we knew this when we booked and not sure how this could be changed due to space upstairs, this however did not effect the comfort of our stay as it was used by my children who had no complaints.

We had a great time here - thank you! Very cosy apartment, spacious enough for 1 adult and 1 kid. Newly equipped and well cleaned. Despite absence of daily room service, the room was easy to keep clean and tidy as there was a dishwasher etc. Amazing view to the mountains etc. But specially many thanks to the reception guy, who was absolutely willing to help, organize anything, provide advice etc. at any time(!) - absolutely fantastic service at this point.

Lack of outside trash bins which were more than full most of the time - this takes 1 point out of maximum score, as it decrease significantly the over all feeling from the surroundings of the location. Next time I would think twice before ordering extra breakfast delivery - not bad quality or whatsoever, but not our style and kid did not like it at all (neither did I after the 3rd day...) and honestly - you can buy all stuff easily at groceries nearby...

Very good place to stay, calm and quiet. Several parking spaces and close to the bus stop (private lines). Beautiful mountain views. Close to the city center and a 30 minute walk from gubalowka funicular. The apartment was clean and has a small fridge, dish washer, dishes, glasses…. We took the bus to do everything (Chochołowskie thermal, cable car kasprovy wierch). The size of the room is pretty good. Each room has its own heater.

Everything was perfect! The only thing I would suggest to improve is the pillow (could be a little higher)

Exceptional place! Spacious apartment right in front of a mountain, with cozy balcony, comfortable beds, and proper Wi-Fi. The staff is amazing: very helpful and welcoming. The apartments are fully equipped, with the stove and the kettle.

We have ordered the breakfast as a part of the accommodation deal, but couldn't really eat much of it, as my partner and I are vegetarians. Initially we thought that the breakfast would be a buffet, but it's a catered type of meals delivered to the door in the morning. Sharing it in case anyone would need it!

Delicious breakfast. Great location to really feel like you're in the mountains and away from the city, but in reach of the city. View from the room is amazing. The staff is extremely helpful and kind - they had great suggestions about what to do and where to visit. They have a great outdoor BBQ in 2 spots - one of them under a really cozy gazebo with outdoor benches and chairs. I absolutely will return and recommend for anyone to come here!
