Great spot with beautiful view to mountains, possibility to see exact apartment that we pay for.

Payment of 290 zł for cleaning room and the end of stay is hidden fee and is very high. It should be part of price for room/apartment. If we would like to extend stay by another day and e.g. in different room - then again we would have to pay this cleaning fee. Lack of microwave in the room we stayed. No playing room or playground for children.

View was excellent. Room was clean.

It wasn’t clear that this is not a hotel. So getting things like extra pillows or having fresh towels or bedding changed was not included. Hot tub hours were short. Nobody explained that the a code was needed after hours. Same with air conditioner.

Room was cozy and had more kitchen items then expected. View was awesome. Saunas and hot tubs were the perfect way to end a day.

Our only suggestion is to have the breakfast replenished faster. It was delicious, but when it was busy and things disappeared fast, it would take up to 30 minutes to get food again.

A spacious apartment/rooms, own kitchenette, underground garage for the car, free parking. Helpful english speaking employees, good breakfast, balcony with a nice view, nothing really to complain.

The thing where the place can improve is the "spa" part. I would expect more cosmetics in the room and / or in the hotel for visitors to try or to buy. In the room, there was only shower gel, not even a separate shampoo. Not a big deal, but if you go there, take your own cosmetics. The spa area could be bigger as well, can get very crowded, but not very bad. We also paid extra for the baby cot, 50 zl per night, smth you don't see a lot in other places.

The room was very nice and cozy. The stuff was very helpful willing to answer to all our questions! The bed was exceptionally comfortable which was important as we were always coming back tired from the day activities. The breakfast was very rich with all kinds of snacks and drinks. Even though our room had view on the opposite side of the mountains, that was compensated by the amazing view of the mountains (Sleeping knight) while laying in the jacuzzi outside of the building. Overall, I am very satisfied by this hotel. It is a nice place for couples and I totally recommend it!

Excellent location on the main road yet very quiet. The view is amazing and the outdoor spa is very nice. The breakfast is excellent. The room is very comfortable and the kitchen is very functional.

The sofa and pillows are not that comfortable to sleep on. The hot tub temperature was not hot enough (the temperature outside was below freezing the entire time we stayed)

We really enjoyed our cosy apartment, which had everything we needed. We loved the beautiful mountain views and spent our afternoons relaxing in the sauna and hot tub.

The only downside was the busy street in front of the hotel, when the windows were open, we could hear the traffic from our room. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The location was excellent located outside of the touristy hustle and bustle with a wonderful view to the Giewont. The establishment is close enough to Zakopane to take advantage of the city facilities but away from all the noise.

Having to leave. Everything was so exceptional and inviting with the apartment and the area we didn't want to leave.

The apartment was modern and stylish and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The best thing really is the view from the hotel, which we could enjoy from the terrace when having breakfast. Many rooms also have it, as well as the spa area. Oh, and it was nice to have jacuzzi at the end of our hiking days.

The bed, even though it’s for two people, is too narrow - definitely feels that it should be larger. Everyday from ~7am we could hear people talking (we think it was the staff preparing the breakfast). The curtain is very thin and doesn’t make the bedroom dark in the morning. The spa area was often busy when we wanted to use it (around 8pm), so there could be at least one more jacuzzi…and everyone was drinking there despite the signs not to do it (the first day we arrived and there were two beer cans in the showers room, with an unpleasant smell to alcohol).

An excellent resort – highly recommended! Just make sure to choose the right type of apartment if you’re looking for a mountain view we booked apartment #18 , the location is very close to downtown. Resort services were fantastic, and my wife and I stayed for 3 days – we were very happy with everything🇸🇦
