We stayed in a few places and that was the first one I slept on a comfortable bed. I absolutely loved everything about this small hotel. The location is amazing. You can sit on the balcony and watch the mountains, simply beautiful. The hotel is located 40 minutes from the centre however it's close to Gubalowka and there's a lift close by going to the top of the mountain. The views are amazing. The rooms are small but modern and very clean. They had everything we needed. And after the whole day of walking we used the jacuzzi and it was great. You need to book it in advance but you get a private session. Breakfast was lovely and a lot of choices even for vegetarians. The room also has an ac. I know it's a bit expensive but in my opinion it's worth it.

Very happy with our stay, amazing little boutique hotel with friendly staff. What we found particularly nice is that I asked for a specific room which they honoured. The spa is a nice touch (you get 1 hour a day of private use included in your stay). Close to most hiking trails and not far from the city centre. Breakfast was nice but I felt sorry for the kitchen lady as she was always on her own and at times it was really busy. Download the Bolt app for taxis around Zakopane as otherwise you’ll get ripped off.

Our last day, our bed wasn’t made at all. Just the covers thrown on the bed.

The Willa had a very friendly team who were always ready to help us with everything! The location was just perfect, around 15 minutes walking distance to the inner city, and maybe 3 minutes by car. There was plenty of parking available at the Willa as well. We had great breakfast available every day from 7:30 to 10:00, with a wide variety and changing options, so it never got boring. From 4pm the wellness was open, it is included in the price, so it's a super bang for your buck! You'll need to book this in advance, but then you get 1 hour of private use, which is amazing with the jacuzzi, and the 2 different saunas. The "room" was also great. We actually had 2 separate floors, and it was cleaned daily. I'd also love to highlight the super comfy bed! And then the mountain views every morning... Overall super experience, if I'm ever back in Zakopane, I'd surely return here.

We had room 5 and it is exactly as shown on their website. Large balcony overlooking the mountains. Breakfast was really nice with a good choice. We really enjoyed using the jacuzzi and infrared sauna after a busy day it was the perfect ending. The hotel is a bit out of town but it only took us 20 mins and not expensive to get a taxi if you prefer.

The only small criticism was that the reception desk wasn't covered all the time, that in itself isn't a problem as its such a small hotel. However our arrival at the hotel was delayed and when we got there we couldn't find anybody to check in. I phoned the tel no and they arrived straight away. Perhaps a bell on the desk that goes to the staff office downstairs would be a good idea.

Beautiful hotel in Zakopane with fantastic views of the mountains! Very clean and cozy rooms. Delicious breakfast included in your stay (starts at 7:30 am) and a lovely spa area with a hot tub and saunas which you can book for 1 hour a day to have it privately (included in the stay). Easy parking beside the hotel as well!

Location was about 20-25 min walk away from Krupowki. The hot tub temperature was set between 36-38 C which felt a bit cold but the saunas were amazing!

Quiet place to go for some rest, safe from the crowds of Zakopane. Close enough for a walk to the main center if you don't mind a 20mins walk. The Spa center is available in the facilities and because it is a small size B&B, you may even get it all for yourself. The breakfast has a fair variety of options. The staff is super friendly and helpful, even going beyond expectations, to make sure you get a pleasant stay.

Given the place it is, the only thing I missed was a good outdoor space, like a terrace, where guests could sit, maybe have a drink, and enjoy the landscape, which is beautiful around. There is not plenty of options to be where you are in the house, either the room or the Spa and a small space close to the reception.

Nice quiet location, a 20 min walk into Zakopane for transport links. We used Bolt for taxis. Staff were pleasant, nice selection of breakfast. Amazing views of Giewont from our room which was well equipped. Free use of spa which can be booked by the hour.

We loved everything but maybe, due to the distance from local shops, a selection of snacks etc on site that can be bought? It wasn’t too much of a problem, we just had to plan in advance.

The setting is beautiful - especially if you have a mountain-view room. There is a large selection of food at breakfast, which seems to change daily.

It is very isolated - there is nowhere nearby to eat & the hotel serves only breakfast. This means either a long walk to town & back, or taxis every time. The staff are very pleasant and helpful - when you can find them! There seems to be only 1 staff member on duty at a time, they are often away from Reception and the phone number given did not work when I tried to call it.

The most beautiful little hotel, we were blown away by how picturesque it was. We stayed in room 2 downstairs, it was very modern and spotlessly clean. Breakfast in the morning was very good with lots of choices which we enjoyed. You can book the sauna free of charge as part of your stay. It took us about 10/ 15 minutes to walk into the centre of Zakopane with all shops and restaurants

Lovely place with the most kind staff. The villa is well located, 10-15min walk to the main Zakopane street,l / Krupówki, and a quick drive to any car parks for mountain hikes. The property is gated but you get your own key and code for the doors. The views are also stunning, especially from the breakfast room. We mostly enjoyed the scrambled eggs and their delicious coffee for our breakfast, but there are other options available. Definitely would recommend!
