The place was very nice and cozy. Mountain view was indeed breathtaking! We really enjoyed the apartment and felt like in a movie vacation :) It was indeed nicely set up with all the equipment available.

There are couple of minor issues: there were nowhere to dry wet clothes, as you travel to the mountains in the winter you would get wet. We ended up drying our gloves on the heated bathroom floor. The sauna and jacuzzi were in garage, and you need to sign up yourself in the table next to it. You only get one hour a day, and in busier period you might not get any. We used it twice in four day stay and sauna was just a bit warm, it would not go above 50 degrees, which is nothing for sauna. The cleanliness of the 'spa' is also quite questionable as people just go in and out one after another. Once we found the 'spa' room was all messed up - water everywhere on the floor, sauna door open, really not the best experience.

It was a good stay in the apartment. Please find the below points about our experience. Big Plus points 1. Underground Parking (Could be very handy in Winters) 2. Very Comfortable Bed. The cushioning was perfect (Neither too soft nor too firm) 3. Very Good Staff. They responded immediately and helped extend our Checkout time on special requests. 4. Jacuzzi Plus Points: 1. Location is 2 KM away from City center. But if you want to stay in a peaceful place with a good view then this is your place. 2. The Size of the Apartment was sufficient for a family of 3. 3. View from the Balcony was Fine. However in the pictures, there was an apartment with large balcony windows, but we didn't get it because it was for 6 people apartment. 4. Cutlery in the apartment was more than enough Improvements: 1. An apartment with this price point should have a coffee machine and an oven 2. An English-speaking staff member would be handier for foreigners 3. Official check-out time is 10 AM.. That is too early, especially with the families traveling with Infants. 4. There should be better toiletries provided. For example, No Shower Gel, and no liquid handwash but instead of a Few tiny soaps were provided, they were not apt for bathing or washing hands. I bought my own shower gel. Overall, It was a good stay. Nothing negative about the facility, The location is far from the city center but it depends on the individual's preference whether they want to stay in a peaceful area of the nearby the city center. On my next trip, I would definitely like to stay near the city center because I just loved the Zakopane City Center. There is definitely some scope of improvement, which I have tried to mention. Great accomodation which I would recommend to everyone. Price/value is great. There's garage parking with elevator right next to apartment. Inside the apartment everything was clean and matched description. There's also 1hour/day private wellness included.

Cotanctless card is used for locking apartment. When you leave, all electricity (except for fridge) inside is turned off, which isn't great because laptop wasn't charging and dishwasher stopped working while I was away during the day. Otherwise everyhing was perfect.

I had the pleasure of staying in this hotel , and I can honestly say it was an experience to remember. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They were friendly, attentive, and truly made me feel like a valued guest. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with clean and spacious rooms that offer all the amenities one could need.

This is my second stay here, this time as a family and we split two apartments. Absolutely love the apartments which are very well kept, very warm and have lovely views especially in the winter snow covered season. The jacuzzi and sauna are awesome luxuries after a ski day or a mountain hike. There are small shops within a few mins walk. A taxi to the town is £3 or so. A walk is 25 mins ish and is also great unless its too cold outside. Will be coming back here again after a wonderful Christmas with the family. Thank you for having us!

Please consider a communal washing machine as coming from abroad, it means we cannot pack too much with us.

Place needs proper maintenance (Glass shelve was broken) and attention to cleanliness (Sofabed was dirty). No toaster as mentioned. Could use a coffee machine, perhaps some complimentary coffee as well. It would have been nice if check-in information was shared prior to arrival to avoid the wait and the need to call directly.

Very nice and fresh appartment in a buildning with some additional facilities that we really appreciated such as a garage under the bildning for parking and a jacuzzi to book. While not in the centre of Zakopane it was close to a small foodmarket as well as to some restaurants.

What maybe could be improved is to provide some short info in English in the apartment about how some things work with the accomodation building; parking, the sauna, recycling etc and also some info general info about how the ski systems in Zakopane works, that tickets to the cabin lift could and should be bought on-line before to avoid the queus (that we had to learn about the hard way now and therefore missed the opportunity to ski at Kasperow Wierch the most sunnay day since hundreds of walkers headed for the top...
