The place was very nice and cozy. Mountain view was indeed breathtaking! We really enjoyed the apartment and felt like in a movie vacation :) It was indeed nicely set up with all the equipment available.

There are couple of minor issues: there were nowhere to dry wet clothes, as you travel to the mountains in the winter you would get wet. We ended up drying our gloves on the heated bathroom floor. The sauna and jacuzzi were in garage, and you need to sign up yourself in the table next to it. You only get one hour a day, and in busier period you might not get any. We used it twice in four day stay and sauna was just a bit warm, it would not go above 50 degrees, which is nothing for sauna. The cleanliness of the 'spa' is also quite questionable as people just go in and out one after another. Once we found the 'spa' room was all messed up - water everywhere on the floor, sauna door open, really not the best experience.

The whole house is beautifully built and the room is well thought out and elegantly built into the roof structure. You can see the mountains out of the bedroom window. There is a garage for parking your car and a private Sauna and Jacuzzi hour to book every day. The staff was responsive and helpful when we had questions. Overall a great experience.

Nothing really to complain about. Only small stuff like worn out pans in the kitchen or a key card hick-up hindered perfection.

Great accomodation which I would recommend to everyone. Price/value is great. There's garage parking with elevator right next to apartment. Inside the apartment everything was clean and matched description. There's also 1hour/day private wellness included.

Cotanctless card is used for locking apartment. When you leave, all electricity (except for fridge) inside is turned off, which isn't great because laptop wasn't charging and dishwasher stopped working while I was away during the day. Otherwise everyhing was perfect.

Everything was great. The view from the room was beautiful. Was slightly far from town if you're walking, but I didn't mind. It was peaceful. Sofabed could be changed to a proper bed to make it more comfortable. Was exceptionally clean. And the furnishings were lovely. Having a dishwasher was a real plus.

Would love a coffee machine or a cafetiere in the room so you can have a coffee in the morning.

The property was fabulous. Very modern but with highlander touch. Very clean, hosts were great, the location was good. About 15 mins walk to the city centre Krupówki or you can take a bus. The Mountain View was stunning. Definitely recommend. There is also a lift in the building if you struggle. 😌

The bed was a bit hard to sleep on but did its job. After long day of hiking I had a good sleep regardless.

It was a good stay in the apartment. Please find the below points about our experience. Big Plus points 1. Underground Parking (Could be very handy in Winters) 2. Very Comfortable Bed. The cushioning was perfect (Neither too soft nor too firm) 3. Very Good Staff. They responded immediately and helped extend our Checkout time on special requests. 4. Jacuzzi Plus Points: 1. Location is 2 KM away from City center. But if you want to stay in a peaceful place with a good view then this is your place. 2. The Size of the Apartment was sufficient for a family of 3. 3. View from the Balcony was Fine. However in the pictures, there was an apartment with large balcony windows, but we didn't get it because it was for 6 people apartment. 4. Cutlery in the apartment was more than enough Improvements: 1. An apartment with this price point should have a coffee machine and an oven 2. An English-speaking staff member would be handier for foreigners 3. Official check-out time is 10 AM.. That is too early, especially with the families traveling with Infants. 4. There should be better toiletries provided. For example, No Shower Gel, and no liquid handwash but instead of a Few tiny soaps were provided, they were not apt for bathing or washing hands. I bought my own shower gel. Overall, It was a good stay. Nothing negative about the facility, The location is far from the city center but it depends on the individual's preference whether they want to stay in a peaceful area of the nearby the city center. On my next trip, I would definitely like to stay near the city center because I just loved the Zakopane City Center. There is definitely some scope of improvement, which I have tried to mention. It is very clean and spacious and the decor was very beautiful and it had many parkings and it is very close to the center, very quiet and safe, it had a jacuzzi and sauna where you could relax in for an hour a day free of charge

The A/C is not very good but we came in the spring and the weather was cold so we just opened the windows
