Willa Malinowa is absolutely incredible. Driving into Zakopane, I was a little bit anxious by the busy nightlife and the ability to relax, but the accommodation is slightly outside of the centre (closer to the Tatras) which makes it perfect for calm and peaceful rest from a city life. Still, it's 3 minutes drive/10 minutes walk from the centre of action. It's honestly a steal in terms of value for money. For a very reasonable price, you get meticulously clean room, very comfy beds, mountain view (at least in the top apartment), incredible breakfast, sauna access and very warm and welcoming staff. They are always happy to advise and help you out when making the plans - plenty of local maps and guidance. I seriously cannot believe this place has three stars, it's better than 4* places I've stayed in.

The only thing I don't like is that there's absolutely nothing to complain about.

Nice comfortable room, great and really delicious breakfast

When choosing the room it was hard to understand whether room will have a view to mountains or no, because in room pictures there was a picture with a mountains in front of balcony, but room description didn’t stated it clearly, so it was confusing, which room to choose. Probabably should update room pictures with the accurate view from the balcony.

Our room was upgraded from economy to studio with a mountain view. We were nicely surprised with the size of the room and the facilities. The place was big and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. We also got 20% discount for chocholowski aquapark. Breakfast was also top quality with a very chatty and lovely waitress. We will be definitely staying there again when in zakopane.

The place was a bit prolicey but you get what you pay for. Everything was top quality!

Our room was really comfortable, with a view over the mountains. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of choices. We loved the outdoor part. The person, who checked us in - Miss Barbara - was top professional, polite and really helpful with whatever issues we had during our stay.

house keeping - It was a bit of a disappointment, that our room was not cleaned up to our standards - for example the table was not wiped, used glasses and coffee cups not changed. However overall we had really good experience.

The hotel is placed in a nice area, away from the crowdy and noisy center, but at the same time close enough to just have a nice walk when needed. The bus stop is also just couple of min walk away. We were 2 families with children aged 3 and we had no problem of reaching Krupowki on foot. The room was comfortable. All the personnel is extremely nice, always there to assist, but at the same time "invisible" which makes one feel undisturbed. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Very positive moment for families with children is kids corner which gives parents possibility to enjoy warm coffee :) Sauna is a big advantage, cosy place to rest after a long day outside. Tea, coffee, water always available in the room. Kinda small thing, but one feels even more cared of.

Really nice host and staff, attentive to our needs, easy to communicate with. Room and bed was great, easy to park your car in the premises. Easy access to the hill from the garden where you can ride the sled in snowy weather. The breakfast will meet all your needs.

Footsteps might be overheard from rooms above (natural in a wooden building) but you get used to it in one day.

The area is very calm and quiet away from traffic. You can reach the centre in a 20 minute walk. There's ample parking spaces for those visiting with a car. The staff was really helpful, who provided info on the the things to do in the area and everything that we needed during our stay. The hotel is also recommended for families with young children, having a play area in the breakfast room.

A spacious & beautiful room with a great view. Nice shower. Amazing breakfast options, alone would be worth coming back. You can park the car in the yard, so ot feels safer than other hotels. We had a balcony and if it wasn't cold & raining, would enjoy sipping tea there as well.

A bit further from the center, so walk to the main street takes some time. I wish there was an electric towel dryer, we got soaked on our Zakopane exploration walk and had no chance to dry clothes other than hanging them on couple of chairs & hoping for the best. As it's a wooden building, you can hear EVERY step from your top neighbors. We got unlucky to have a family with a toddler staying above so there was no chance to take a nap after a hike. And they managed to wake us up in the night as well - but it's not owner's fault, just a structural flaw. The place itself is amazing, just book one of the top rooms & be a considarete neighbor.

Villa exceeded our expectations! Very cozy, clean, new, perfect and calm location, private parking, super tasty breakfast. We couldn't ask for more. We found a true gem, the attention to detail and price-quality ratio is amazing. Thank you, we know where to stay next time we visit Zakopane :)

It's a beautiful place. It's really clean and lots of extras to make you feel homely. The staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really good. You can't really fault this place at the price paid. Bonus - The sauna was great to use after a day's skiing.
