The apartment was modernly furnished with a nice terrace with a view of the mountains. It was very close to the hiking trails. Also, the neighborhood was very quiet. The city center is within walking distance.

The check-in process to the property was unclear. When we arrived, nobody was at the reception, and no information was provided on how to get in. No information was sent upfront about the check-in process in case no one from staff is at the property. However, we managed to call someone and got the information on how to get in. If no person stays at the reception during the entire time of check-in and check-out hours, such information should be sent upfront. Also, the apartment was quite small for 4 people. The description mentions that the apartment includes a coffee machine, but only the kettle was available.

The Location is Perfect - we really really loved it - the apartment where we stayed was really nice and comfortable. There was everything u need and rooms are good . We loved the location - little bit outside from the center but its walk distance, also its really close to the one of the national parks trails . We stayed here with 2 DOGS - THIS IS PERFECT PLACE TO STAY WITH dogs. There is really really big green field behind the house where your can walk with dogs . We payed extra 40 zloty per day for dogs . The view is nice . Close to everything really safe and clean

We didn’t like only one thing- The Walls Are Super Thin you can hear everything what neighbors are doing or talking about. Especially upstairs.

The location is fantastic! It's really close to the hiking trails. The views from the balcony are great; you can see Giewont. The free self-service sauna is a really nice bonus after a day of hiking. There's also a dedicated area for barbecues and a shared room with a fireplace, which is really nice for a big group.

So, the room itself was organized poorly. I mean, it's possible to use the space more practically: how and where to put the beds, TV, or small table. Everything was there, but it wasn't so practical in some cases.

Perfect location for a quick access to the hiking paths (less than 1K). Nicely renovated and furbished with sufficiently equipped kitchenette. Simple access to a sauna. When needed - quick and easy access to town.

Not quite sound proof neighbouring rooms. Wifi generally ok but not necessarily sufficient for extensive work use.

Very good apartments, super nice hosts. The apartments are clean, the beds are very comfortable, there are all dishes, utensils, coffee, tea for free, there is a microwave oven, a hot sandwich maker, a hair dryer, a TV. Very warm in the apartment. Very beautiful views from the windows, you can see mountains, ski trails. The location is super, very close to the center, you can also walk, near the bakery. We are glad that they accept pets, because we only travel with a dog. We definitely recommend staying here and we will be back.

I was lucky to get a room with a view of the meadow and mountains. The view from the window was fantastic. A clean, well-maintained room with a quite fresh renovation. Great location — slightly away from the city center. The stay was peaceful and quiet, and the neighbors didn’t cause any disturbance.

It was noticeable that the walls between rooms aren’t very thick. You could hear when the neighbors were using the shower, but nothing more than that, so it didn’t really disturb the stay.

The room was very clean, looked the same as in the photo, large balcony, comfortable bed, kitchen with everything you need.

We didn't get a code, so we couldn't get into the room when we arrived, and we barely managed to call. There was no shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom.

We were given a more beautiful room, as it was intended. We arrived later, the reflex was left in the door, easy to find, good insulation, did not hear the neighbors.

The owners of the house contacted us in Polish. There was no coffee, although said there would be. We were at Easter, all the shops and cafes were closed, which we didn't know. We had the last parking spot, the climb was in the bushes

The location was perfect, very close to the center, you can walk to eat. The room was clear, the view from the window was really good.

The neighbors were very loud in the morning and if we returned from a hike later, we couldn't find a place for the car in the yard, so we had to park on the street.

Modern, clean, well equipped and very comfortable apartment. Incredible bonus of free sauna, sheltered bbq outside, parking and an incredible view of Giewont on the door step. Great location for a stay regardless of the time of the year. Close to the centre, yet peaceful and quiet part of Zakopane.
