The Apartment was absolutely gorgeous, really comfortable, spotlessly clean. Breakfast was really nice, really decent selection on offer, everything from cold meats to fruits to hot selections of breakfast foods, pancakes, omelets, tasty breads and pastries. The dinner options were exceptional. Over the course of the few nights we were there we tried the chicken burger, the rigatoni, shrimp salad, apple pie, shrimp in chili, the bao buns with shredded beef....everything was absolutely delicious. A special mention to the lovely waitresses who looked after my son and I in the restaurant, they were super helpful and funny :)

The only thing I could possibly say is that I would have liked breakfast to be available from 7am

The place is very clean, stylish, modern. In Diamond complex You’ll get spa with reasonable indoor pool, jacuzzis and saunas. Zakopane or Tatry national park is in reach within 30-40 minutes by car. Rooms have kitchen and there are few shops nearby. Overall, this place is amazing, I doubt You would be able to find anything even close to this offer, the price You pay in relation to what You get is just too good

Some of the staff is barely speaking in English (mostly in Restaurant), which may cause issues. Location may be an issue if You are travelling without car.

Breakfast was regional cuisine but reasonable selection. From the hot food selection we wished we would have had a vegetarian option as there were only eggs but no tofu or vegetarian sausages for example. Pool & sauna facilities were one of the best we've been to abroad, would highly recommend.

Coffee from the machines was not the best, however acceptable. Tea selections however were quite good. The fact that anyone could just walk into breakfast and it was never checked if the guests actually paid for this option by someone standing by the door as they normally do in other resorts. This could be abused by non-hotel guests or ones that have not paid for this. However these are small things that will not affect our willingness to return back to this hotel as overall this hotel is amazing.

This is our second time staying at this hotel, and it did not disappoint—on the contrary, it got even better! Everything was perfect: the room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfasts were absolutely amazing, with an incredible selection. We will definitely be back!

The only downside was that our room didn’t lock properly, which was a bit inconvenient.

Clean. Easy parking. Spacious room. Comfy beds. Breakfast was amazing! Pool only opens at 12pm and checkout is 11am. So if you’re staying one night like us you can only use the pool on the day you check in. So we never saw pool area. Whole hotel is immaculate. We never found the soft play, they pointed to another building but no staff around. They had a lovely outdoor play area though.

Staff unhelpful.

Food (breakfasts & evening meals in restaurant) was very good. Swimming pool & spa facilities are very nice, kids loved it. Apartments are very clean, very high quality standard.

For us location wasn’t the best, because we did plan lots of mountains trekking, and driving every day 30km each way wasn’t the best way.

late and short breakfast slot 8am-10am! We had to request the change of the room on arrival. not as great selection of food for breakfast and dinner as last year. No wardrobe or cupboard in one of the bedrooms

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. Extremely clean and super stylish. Our room was well equipped, warm and the beds were very comfy, the shower room was gorgeous.

Nothing it was all brilliant.

Everything was perfect except for the wellness center. The saunas were cold, no pot with water for pouring stones, hot water in showers for cooling after sauning, no cooling pool. Tasty kitchen with delicious sweets.

Amazing place, amazing food and great people. The hotel is very clean and the restaurant is amazing. We had the best breakfast and dinner. I think is one of the best places we’ve ever been. Thanks for everything.
