The receptionist was great. She helped us get information to plan the trips to see nearby attractions and plan the day trip to nearby City Zakopane. Breakfast was full of variety choice and very satisfying. Most of dinners we ate in the Hotel Toporów restaurant Stylowa. The food there was very good. We tried different places and definitely can say that the meals in that restaurant were tasty, portions big price fair and service was very great. The spa area was not crowded and relaxing.

Jacuzzi had too much chlorine in it.

Spacious room, friendly service, welcome gift, clean, comfortable bed, nice pool, convenient restaurant. Plenty of parking options. Also, it is bigger than you would expect from the fotos.

Breakfast is a bit scarce - same things reused on the other day without adding new ones e.g.: if all banana yogurts are eaten, but there are other type of yogurts remaining - next day there will be none of banana ones. Pool area is too small for a number of people. Would be good to have more of the hotel provided/shared swimming toys for children. Now I used some toys and only later realized they were private ones... Kids playground outside is great and completely free! children playroom indoors would be even greater if it would be for free or would have some card accepting coin changing machine. Now all the machines need coins - which we did not have.

The location is excellent - easy to get by car, close to ski. Super friendly and helpful staff. Nice SPA area, with many things for the kids. There is decent free WiFi. The breakfast and lunch are abundant and tasty and are served in the building in the backyard but there is a tunnel connection between the two. The rooms have a fridge and kettle with tea and coffee.

There is no ventilation in the rooms apart from the WC fan. The sauna and the salt room are pretty distant from the SPA area. We were lucky to find a parking slot as many cars were there.

On arrival the reception staff were very welcoming and helpful, we forgot toothpaste and they gave us some. The pool is beautiful, the breakfast outstanding, great choice and quality. We only had dinner on our last night which was superb and large portions. I would certainly stay at this hotel again.

Good hotel with good facilities and close to everything

I bought on booking a pack with two deluxe room which wasn't the cheapest ones, however at the reception I found out that are the standard room ... I still don't understand the difference...

It was clean, food was good, didn't have any issues during my stay. Regarding the location it's a really nice place to stay.

The hotel layout is a bit confusing and it felt like a maze sometimes, but you get used to it.

same of pacages of instant coffee was old and with a mould. Ventilation sound in the bathroom was bot normal and with a big sound half the night

Couldn’t get food anywhere either in the hotel in town after 9. Reception a bit grumpy as no concept of people flying in and needing food!
