We stay in this hotel regularly, everytime we come to Bialka. We like the location close to the slopes, the design of the hotel, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Small wellness is nice, children´s area is also great. They serve very tasteful meals in the hotel restaurant and the breakfast has a lots of choice and variety.

We would definitely appriciate more gluten free choice in the restaurant. Basicaly it is only one meal you can have if you are on gluten free diet - baked meat with potatos (and it is not only in the hotel but also in every restaurant around slopes). Last year they offered also gluten free pasta, or schnitzel - this year it was not possible. It´s a pitty, otherwise the restaurant is of a very good standard and that would for sure make a difference compared to others restaurants around.

The hotel was close to the thermal baths and the slopes. The evening restaurant food was great and we had a great time sampling the local vodka 😋 Staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and modern. The games room was a nice touch to have a game of pool, table tennis and table football. The gym is a tad small but perfectly useable with all the equipment you need. The ski storage area was great too. We don't generally go back to the same place twice but I'd be tempted here as it was perfect.

The breakfast wasn't brilliant, but OK. Plenty of food but mainly things like meat/cheese etc which is not something we would normally have - although there was cereal and fruit. Don't let this put you off coming here though as it was only a minor niggle.

Breakfast was nice. Jacuzzi and Spa area was nice, but there should be somebody, who could keep an order there as one family "took" the Jacuzzi for themself and there was no chance to use it. Hotel in general is and looks very nice. Room was warm and had a nice view. Bar and bartender very good.

Breakfast area put together with tea and coffee was very small, so there was always a queue. The little thing is a staff in reception that dont acknowledge guests at all. No good morning or good evening. They dont even look at you until you come and specifically ask for something.

Great restaurant, utilities and general mountain style building. Nice fun room for children, there are many toys that our daughter really enjoyed. Mostly nice staff, with the exception of women receptionists.

On the first night we arrived there were loud people voices coming from the hall at night, therefore we couldn't sleep well. There is a gap under the entrance door and we heard all the coming voices for around an hour. The second night was better.

The hotel's location is great if you want to go to Terma Bania, as we did; it's a 5-minute walk. The rooms are clean and very nice. Breakfast were amazing and hotel restaurant is open for dinner and has great atmosfere and meals.

The hotel is popular among the families with children's which are a bit noisy even after night hours so I recommend to take some earplugs just in case.

A very nicely decorated hotel with great value for money in a superb location little of the main street. Good spot for exploring the surroundings. We had an amazing view on the Tatra mountains from our room and balcony. The Spa was very charming with Jacuzzi, Sauna and Steam bath. Everything was quite new and exceeded our expectations. Also the breakfast had a huge selection and good quality.

The hotel should definitely have more than 3-stars, it deserves at least 5! Best location, facilities, clean and so comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We were extremely satisfied and impressed, definitely coming back!

There was nothing to dislike.

This is a real gem! Lovely surroundings, plenty of facilities and a great spa at no extra cost. The hotel is modern and clean and we had a balcony with a lovely view over looking the mountains. Couldn’t have had a better stay, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.

We loved everything! The hotel itself is beautiful, staff very helpful and friendly, always going extra miles, spa facilities lovely, breakfast and main restaurant making delicious food. It is only 5mins walk to the slope and to the Bania Thermal pools. Beautiful views over the Tatry mountains. We will be back. Thank you so much!

Nothing. Everything was perfect!

We had an excellent stay, the staff was very nice and helpful. The facilities (gym, sauna, game area) went above our expectations. Breakfast was excellent. Location was perfect for the ski lift.

The only negative thing I could mention is the lack of room service. They only brought new waters, changed the mugs and bathroom rug daily. Would have been nice if they changed the trash and regular room service like the bed and towels :)
