The location was nice, in the center of the city. There is a private parking in front of the hotel. Bed and pillows were comfortable and was clean.

Upon arrival, a boy and a girl from the staff (possibly the owners), were smoking at the front door, not helping us out to accomodate and looking at us as if we were unwelcome and were disturbing their peace. Eventually the guy decided to stand up and ring the bell, so someone else would come and bring us the key. Towels were old, worn out, with torn up edges.

We had half pension, Breakfast was superb, bog choice of meals... But for dinner there was no choice and we had mashed potatoes 4 days in a row. When we asked for rize, they said we had to make this change in advance, But there was no announcement of future meals to be served so no chance to know what to change.

The owner gave us the keys without asking for the identity card, the keys could be given to anyone. There is no sidewalk, its difficult to walk in Białka Tatrzańska.

It could be cool if the hotel can provide more information about the tourism information including the accurate timetables of the busses The bedsheets can be better for a better sleeping

Breakfast was verry good, our room was clean, big enaugh and we felt there so good.

Bed is a bit soft for my back.
