- Great Location: The hotel is beautifully situated, offering stunning views that truly enhance the overall experience. - Excellent Breakfast: The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The Swedish table setup was impressive. - Tidy and Clean: The entire place, including the rooms, was spotless and well-maintained. - Comfortable Rooms: The rooms were spacious, nicely decorated, and provided a very comfortable stay. - Nice Bar: The on-site bar was well-stocked with a pleasant atmosphere, perfect for relaxing in the evening. - Free Parking: Appreciated the convenience of free parking, which made the stay even more hassle-free.

- Lack of English Signage: Unfortunately, everything was in Polish, including the documentation, signs around the hotel... For non-Polish speaking guests, this made it challenging to navigate and fully enjoy all the amenities. We would have appreciated having some information in English. - No Food Labels at Breakfast: This is just the detail and the breakfast was really delicious, but it was difficult to identify some of the dishes. Small cards with the names of the food items in English would have made the experience even better. - Sauna Flooring: The Finnish sauna had a stone or tile floor and it was too hot for feet, but we believe a wooden floor, as it use to be in this type of sauna, would be more comfortable and in line with a traditional Finnish sauna experience.

Very nice, modern equipments, comfy beds .... Cleanliness everywhere, daily cleaning in the rooms as well, if you don't use the "don't disturbe" plate. Wild range of food at the restaurant, hot and cold plates, beverages, vegetables, cheese, cakes, etc.... Really nice breakfast. The wellness isn't too big, but 100% enjoyable, especially if there are no kids. Nice panoramic view from the balcony to the Tatra and the neighborhoods. All together I recommend to everyone, who needs relax.

The staff doesn't really speak english, so you need to find out many thing on your own, which is actually easy. Otherwise all of them lovely, smiling people.

Fantastic hotel, second time staying here. Excellent facilities, super clean and tidy, great service. Delicious breakfasts every day. Pool and sauna. Comfortable rooms with everything we need, parking, great location, short walk down the road to the free ski bus at great rates. Can’t fault Hotel Malinowy at all, I’m sure we’ll be back :)

Nothing to dislike here

Spacious room, lovely breakfast, pool, sauna and able to book massage. Beds were comfortable.

No air conditioners and room we stayed in had hot chimney in the middle. It was very hot there at night even with windows open. Bathroom was large but very basic small shower. Also pool did not open until late so couldn’t use it in the mornings which is odd for a hotel.

The hotel has the most amazing stuff, always willing to help and assist, I would like to point out the excellent facilities which offers a variety of activities for all guests( playing yard, kids activity area, ping pong, pool table and wonderful spa area) tasty breakfast as well.

I didn’t like the mattresses! It took couple nights to get used to them

the day we stayed at the hotel swimming pool and jacuzzi were not accessible because of an incident. Of course we were not informed about it in advance, so it spoiled the impression a bit 🙄

The hotel was exceptional. From cleanliness to staff to food- we were spoilt! Loved the fact we could walk to the local town centre and restaurants. Nearby Termy were also reachable by foot. We regularly used the spa were body massage was amazing. Lovely saunas and pool. Amazing views all around. Fabulous place. Highly recommend it!

Minor thing for me but daughter complained about wifi not being fast enough...

Everything was awesome. We were sad to leave. Kind staff, super clean rooms, spa zone and all other facilities. Lovely playground for kids, unside playroom. Just excellent. Mountain view, location in small town Bialka Tatrzanska.

Cafe or bar would be great to have, but there s a lot of other options aroud. Staro izba on corner 👍🏻

Hotel, is situated in a quiet place. Away from noisy roads. but it’s also 5min away from the skiing slopes. It’s very clean

There’s only one thing that I was missing. We had a long journey as 12h. We arrived late and tired. All we wanted was a shower and bed. Unfortunately, there wasn’t any shampoo or a toothpaste available in the room. Also, it would be nice if there was a small milk containers. I know it’s not a big issue but that’s something I shouldn’t be worried about too

There was quite strong smell of household chemicals in corridors.
