Fabulous location close to all transport links and the town. Amazing, spacious 3 bed apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay, spotlessly clean with views across the mountains and the city. Spa was having a little work done but still a great space to use the hot tub and sauna. The staff just top it off with their hospitality! We are already looking to return next year!

Spa facilities were extremely welcome after several days of walking and in the cold. The apartment was well kept, clean and had great facilities. (fridge and self-catering facilities were very much appreciated!)

I had to get up really early in the morning, for travelling and wanted to take a shower at 0400h. Unfortunately there seems to be a procedure where the hot water is not switched on prior to a set time and therefore i had to shower with cold water which was not very pleasant. Reception is only open at 0800h. As a group we had to leave the hotel at 0630 for early travels and therefore we could not do a normal check-out. That being said, the communications with the hotel via Booking.com messages were great and we left them a message with details of where we left the key etc.

I had a wonderful stay! We were able to check in early as the room was available, which was very convenient. The place was clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the internet connection, which was a bit weak, but this wasn’t a major issue since most of our time was spent enjoying the mountains. The fireplace was a delightful addition to our experience. Highly recommend!

The apartment is located close to the train station but it's quiet enough and having close connection to the downtown. I liked the layout of the suite, the wellness facility, the pingpong table and the panorama.

Kitchen is equipped with really minimalist way :-( e..g. 4 spoon for 4 person meaning that if you go with a family you always need to do washing the dishes as there are no spare cutleries. (also there is no dishwasher) Would be also good to equip: -the bathroom with more towel-hook as the current 2 are not sufficient for a family -put local/ reading lamps to the bedroom and living room Various facilities in the Wellness doesn't work (kneipp pools, cold water tub were empty, showers didn't work etc). Please fix it or reduce price. These are minor enhancements but would definitely increase the customer satisfaction.

Very friendly and helpful lady on reception on the check-on day. Wonderful views of Giewont from the balcony, good room design, really large apartment. We also enjoyed small things like a reading nook. Two bathrooms also make it easier for group of friends. Definitely a great thing is that BBQ space is available without extratcharge, along with SPA facilities - you jist need to book it with reception. With a mini van - we got 2 parking spots in the underground garage, which made it much easier to park. Very comfy beds - everyone slept like a baby.

Some things to be tackled - broken sofa leg, that wasn't fixed during our stay. Lack of ventilation in the bathroom (fan not working). Third bedroom was actually not separated by a wall/door from the living room, so if someone values privacy a lot - this needs to be kept in mind.

The staff was very nice, very helpful. The view was very nice from our room. The breakfast was also very good. The hotel is approximately 20 min walking from the main street and Gubalowka.

The bed in the bedroom was a single bed but was advertised as if it was a double one. We didn’t even use it, we opened the couch instead and slept there for 3 days. It wasn’t the most comfortable one, by the third day I woke up with a terrible back ache.

Good location, nice view from balcony. Spa zone is included un price. Available coffee in the room. Kind staff and clean rooms.

Room was nice, but pictures in reservation step was not from real room, which was little disapointing at first. Various deffects through the rooms, which can be corrected: shower was missing 1 door, material of table was damaged, missing corner of skirting board. If you want to use spa zone, it should be booked in previous day.

The apartment was beautiful, comfy and newly equipped in a modern style with lot of wood. There were 2 flat screen TVs in the bedroom and kitchen/living room. Good parking a few meters near apartment. We enjoyed the breakfast. Also location was ok if you have a car.

The bed in the master bedroom was too narrow and matrace was too soft. What should certainly get improved is the wellness. It had apparently been built for much smaller capacity than is now. Dressing room is way too small with no place to sit at and with most cabinets missing the keys. Jacuzzi worked partially with only 1 or 2 jets and the water was a bit smelly. The saunas, showers and resting area were ok though.

Great location, we had fireplace and a balcony. A quiet place. We could park a car in the garage.

There was no wood for a fireplace. I had to buy it at the reception and bring it to my building by myself. No furniture in the balcony. Toiletries was only for two person, but we stayed 3 people.

We liked fully equipped kitchen with sink and induction hob. Bed for baby was for free. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is modern.

Nobody offered for us garage with elevator and it was completely empty. We had to use parking outside and it was very difficult to carry baby carriage on steep stairs all the time.
