Perfect location, from the hotel we walk 10 minutes to Gubalowka. In front of the hotel you can already see the mountains. Good food, small but nice swimming pool and the sauna. Helpful staff.

You need to pay for the parking, which is weird to pay if you are a guest and you already paid for the hotel. 30 pln for the outside parking and 50 pln for the underground parking PER DAY. Hotel could just immerse that costs to the price rather than ask to pay for the parking separate. The elevator did not work.

The breakfast was great: very varied selection of scrambled eggs, bacon, sauages, bread, cheeses, ham, cereals, fruit, nuts, juices, tea, coffee etc.

- I did not like the loud music playing non-stop in the restaurant and corridors. - I did not like, that the receptionist told us that parking on the hotels ground was free and then at checkout they tried to charge us quite a big summ compared to other parking slots.

Excellent hotel! Breakfasts are delicious and varied. The spa area was a great surprise—a large pool and jacuzzi. I would like to mention the lifeguard and worker Vova separately. He was very polite and professionally prepared a dry sauna for us! I am sure that we will return to this wonderful hotel.

The room was not cleaned for 4 days.

The hotel area is side from the mess in Zakopane but also next to the Gubalowka route. Breakfasts were very good. Swimming pool and spa are nice and comfortable unless there are too many people. Hotel restaurant also quite good. The terrace of our room was very welcome.

Paid parking inside the premises of the hotel. 30PLN per night outside and 50PLN for garage charged to anyone spending 4 nights here is total nonsense. Although the hotel seems to be quite new,several issues of depreciation were already visible - shower switches not functional, toilet seat with loose fixing, the swimming pool ladder without couple of rubber footsteps, some a bit too sharp edge in jacuzzi, etc. -> more maintenance would be welcome. Otherwise it is worth the money.

The location was great, very close to the hill (Gopbaofka), and the view was very nice. It has a beautiful balcony and a comfortable garage.

The Sauna is mixed between men and women which is not acceptable. Some of the receptionists had very poor English language and were difficult to communicate in addition, they did not have a good housekeeping service. We left our roome early and came back in the evening without cleaning, when we asked for them, they said already left home.

Staff is very kind, but has really poor english. Food was very good. Rooms were nice and clean.

The bed was really uncomfortable 😢 Wellness was smaller than expected. They should clean the outside parking place, because it was full of ice, when you get out of the car it was quite difficult to walk on the road, it was so slippery.

Wellness and Spa - smaller but quite nice. Massage was great. Food was tasty and services were pleasant. Perfect location near Zakopane with a nice views from Gubalowka.

Connection from residence building 4 to other buildings via garage. Parking outside should be free of charge or included in the price since the parking spot is on muddy soil. There should be at least reasonable layer of stones or concrete/asphalt there. Next time I will park in the garage.

I felt like home at this hotel. The staff was friendly and nice, breakfast was delicious. Tried the pool area as well. It was nice to see so many families with kids and even dogs there. Would definitely stay again.

From our room we can reach the wellness and the restaurant only through the garage, it was a bit unconfortable and cold in October. The staff in the recepcion speaks really weakly in English and in the restaurant not az all. Dogs are allowed in the hotel but unfortunately they not allowed in the restaurant.

Our room was clean, comfortable and big enough for a couple. The wellness was also clean and it was like in the pictures, small but well equipped. The selection of the breakfast was wide and delicious.

Staff are very attentive on site.Location is very good. Great facilities.Spa area good. The restaurant was very good.Rooms are very comfortable, standard rooms are just spacious enough for a couple of nights stay.Would recommend for a couple of nights stay.

Walking through the garage to get to restaurants and spas.....from our building, not all buildings you have to do but don't let this put you off.
