We all liked Hotel Logos for the proximity to Zakopane center (10 mins by foot) without losing the quiet that we needed for our vacation. Parking is available (at a 50 Zlots per day cost) and breakfast was wonderful. - nothing to be really desired. We opted for a one bedroom apartment that was spacious and comfortable for a family of three, travelling with a 12 yo son. Took the time to use the sauna and jacuzzi and all was great.

Size of TV in the living room, smaller than the one in the bedroom :) Nothing else.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommended! We had a great stay! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful — truly some of the nicest we’ve met. Everything was clean, fresh, and well-maintained. We arrived early to drop off our bags before check-in, and it was no problem at all. They welcomed us with no stress. The breakfast also deserves a shoutout — there was a huge variety of options, and everything was delicious. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely hotel, with very friendly and helpful reception and restaurant staff. It actually exceeded our expectations, because the rooms and facilities are actually better than the photos posted online. The restaurant food was excellent, including the breakfast, and the spa facilities: sauna, steam and jacuzzi were great too, also the terrace and upstairs seating area with mountain views. It's just a short walk to the main street too.

Just one strange thing: housekeeping knocked then let themselves into my room at 8.40 am on a Sunday morning, whilst I was still in bed. They let themselves into my father's room and were banging on his bathroom door, whilst he was in there. This needs not to happen.

The hotel absolutely exceeded our expectation and it was awesome. Very central location, just 5 minutes to the main street. Parking was for free next to the hotel. Breakfast was amazing, served all kinds of fresh food and always added more once it was finished. The spa was great as well, almost always we were there alone. Nice jacuzzi and 2 types of sauna. Room was very clean and spacious. The staff was sooo helpful and always smiled. Really appreciate it. I would definitely come only to this hotel again.

Room was lovely. Although it overlooked the street, the greenery opposite was beautiful. Really loved the atmosphere in the restaurant, location overlooking the garden, design, furnishings etc. Breakfast was fair. Dinner, we ate two times there. Arrived in time for last order. However missed dessert on both occasions because of 'closed kitchen' we were told. Anyway I am not grumbling... :) less calories!!(Pauline) Please keep the standard you have because it is very good.

size of the room, central heating was amazing, friendly staff, location was great, spa was relaxing and breakfast was out of this world

no fridge in the room, also the mattresses were quite soft and tended to slide off the base… the only other thing to be mindful of, was use of the space available… we were in one of the “attic” rooms and would hit our head on the ceiling when making tea… I ended up moving the tea and coffee station away from the lower side of the room… I am concerned someone May one day really hurt themselves… it would be handy to paint one of the Goralski patterns at the 2m height and down to draw the eye the fact the ceiling slopes… it would lower the risk of hitting your head

The location is excellent, everything is in walk distance. Gubalowka market 15 mins, Krupowki 8 mins, Snowlandia 20 mins on foot. We ate very nice food in the restaurant all day. And the staff was super super nice 😊

The single beds are not too comfy and I had a bad shower head but it was replaced the next morning very quickly. Also I had very load neighbours, I guess the walls are not thick at all.

Breakfast was nice and had everything we needed. Saunas and jacuzzi were a plus. The location was great too, far from the busy street but also close to everything.

The light switches were right behind the pillows, so we were turning them on accidentally which was quite annoying. And also, not that it affected my rating but just wanted to mention, there should be someone in charge of the spa area. First time we tried it, it was great. Second time we went, there was a couple in the jacuzzi playing loud erotic music and thinking they have the whole place to themselves if you know what I mean, which made it very awkward to try sit close. So we went back to the room. 45 minutes later decided to come again, but still the same.I sat at the bench so that they can get the hint but they didn't seem to move.Half an hour later, still there...

I think house keeping re beds needed more attention to detail - pillows just thrown on top of bed Beds made not very good, not neat at all , one morning not even made just a clean towel put on end of bed Pillows not good and needed to request extra pillows 2 mornings out if 3 house keeping knocking at door at 8.30 while in shower , last morning didn’t even knock just walked in while getting ready Not impressed with breakfast

Excellent location, so central. Everything was within walking distance. The staff were so helpful and kind. Breakfast was beautiful with a great variation each day. Our rooms were lovely and clean. Great to have a radiator instead of Aircon as you could put gloves etc on radiator to dry. I would highly recommend Hotel Logos.

Everything was perfect. Would stay again.
