Breakfast was continental mainly, but ample. Beds were comfortable and room was warm. Bath was welcomed and hot water every day. Free small pool and sauna at the next door guesthouse and free passes to Termy Zakopane was great! Parking available.

Slightly further out from the town, but we had a car - otherwise would be 20-30 minutes walk. Was hard to find entrance on the first night when we arrived late.

Price/ Value ratio is super, I liked the free tickets to the Termy Thermal Spa, and the city center is only 15 minutes by walking. Breakfast is delicious, and also the hotel Spa is very good. Children play room is super cool, and the opportunity to rent sleighs for free of charge. Car parking is also free what is very rare at Zakopane!

It was cold at the public areas in the hotel, specifically in the children play room, and the reception area. The wellness area has very limited time to access with the 16-20 opening hours. The staff had super limited English speaking capacity, but we eventually managed to solve the problems.

Our stay in Zakopane was fantastic, thanks to this hotel! Right from the start, the staff was amazing. They went out of their way to accommodate our dietary needs; when we mentioned we were vegan, they promptly provided delicious vegan options, making us feel both welcome and cared for. The location of the hotel is another big plus. It's situated perfectly, allowing easy access to the local sights and sounds. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and accommodating stay in Zakopane.

The hotel room we received was second to none, we had an amazing view from our balcony overlooking the forest, hills, and mountains. It was a breathtaking sight to wake up to. Secondly the location just borders the Dolina Bialego hiking trail and is only a 15-20 minute walk from the main centrum. With the stay we received free access to the termes, that added surprise was a bonus indeed. Lastly there is a beautiful wooden karczma opposite our hotel, the place had amazing food, live music, and good choices of drinks. Highly recommend.

ideal location - close to the yellow hiking route, to the city center, not far from Termy. the room has the minimum necessary, comfortable beds, TV, towels, hangers in the closet. The battery worked a little - we could dry things. Breakfast was ok. what we enjoyed a lot - free entrance to the Termy Zakopanskie - unlimited time!

unfortunately, room had a strong smoking smell from the previous guests:((( also no hair dryer.

Everything was good. Breakfast is buffet type, varied food, delicious. Easy parking, a lot of spots are available. The pool in the building of Bialy Potok, it is small, but there are also a jacuzzi and a sauna. They also give free ticket for 1 entry (full day, without time limits) to Aquapark for all guests.

Our apartment was very big, we booked a room but we've got an apartment. Kids play room is fantastic. Very nice breakfast. Very good restaurant next door.
