Completely new house with a lot of exclusive equipment, great bed, bathroom, everything. (there's a lot of great stuff, even details like curtains) The price I had might have been lower than it will be in the future, as I felt like in a 5* hotel but paid for 3*😂(with the exception of breakfast, which was like in a 3* hotel 😂)

Breakfast was average, I missed some sweet pastries (especially in Poland), but nothing to complain about. The location is obviously not perfect but not bad as well.

In 2 months is the second time we stayed in this hotel. Good location, calm neighborhood, big parking around the hotel, interior is very relaxing, mini spa, which helps after an intensive hike, friendly staff.

First time when we stayed, we got a room with a balcony. It was wery handy to have it for our hiking shoes and clothes. This one did not have. Also, this room had a window directly above the bed and when we were sleeping, condensation water was dripping on our face. Last, this room did not have a shower. Bath was to small and I barely could fit in her. Overall, we will we back to this hotel. We will just ask for a room with a shower :)

Free parking in front of property. Nice, warm and comfortable room with comfortable bed. Staff are working very hard (bar staff, cleaners and receptionists). Receptionist phoned us taxi when we asked them. Sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and salt room are very nice touch (after skiing or hiking all day). Breakfast has big selection of cheese and meats and some hot stuff too, juices, teas, fruits and cakes! We loved our own small balcony with chairs and table with amazing mountain view! We didn’t have time to spend in “chill room” but it was beautifully decorated, peaceful and very inviting. If we are ever in Zakopane again we would not look anywhere else!

We had an amazing time, very friendly and helpful staff! Unlikely we didn’t tried restaurant being most of times away enjoying perfect winter weather but the breakfast (included in price) was very good too with a wide variety of food and you get to experience the traditional breakfast. Hot tub felt very nice after a long day in the cold weather, they keep everything clean and ready for you to use. I would definitely recommend it. There is an easy access to Bialka Tatrzanska ski resort, termy, gubalowka and town centre. (Krupowki)

Modern, up-to-date, cozy hotel. Comfortable room with mini kitchen space, spaciuos bathroom with heater (comes in handy after a hike in the mountain snow) and a balcony with mountains view. SPA zone is quit small, but if there are not a lot of People, 3 saunas, jacuzzi and salt room will be refreshing after intensive activities.

The only thing that we didn't like was sound isolation. Moustly, it came through doors, wich joins the rooms.

I loved the facility’s which I used daily, sauna, jacuzzi, cave room and chill lounge, especially in the morning, with the sun being out. Breakfast was exceptional,always fresh and plentiful. The location was good, close enough to the city, shops and Krupowki Street and gave me extra exercise since I didn't have a car.

In case the waste bin is full, one can ask the reception team what to do with it, otherwise, it's out of side in the cupboard, so not to much of a problem. I found that closing the entrance to the jacuzzi area, eliminates the noise from other users, but must have the key in your bathrobe pocket.

I love snowboarding. To get higher up in the mountains, where there can be snowstorms and blowing winds. But I also love the comfort of after-snowboarding. And the Harda House is a place I have enjoyed returning to every night. It's stylish, comfortable and cozy. With hot showers and delicious breakfasts. With parking and a spa. On a quiet street, but close to downtown. Delightful!

Very well equipped place. A lot of additional staff in bathroom and kitchen. Great calm location with mountains view. Good sound isolation. Fresh place with fresh interior and exterior.

WiFi can be better, but there are couple of common places where the signal was good and it was possible to work.

The breakfast was great, quality food every day. The spa was also nice, it includes 3 type of saunas, a salt room and a jacuzzi. We managed to catch a time, when only we were using it. The accomodation is a bit out of the city center (15-20 min. walk), but that was a plus for us, peaceful and quiet neighborhood.

We were here near 2 weeks. we are absolutely satisfied with accommodation here. hotel is situated not in a center, but it’s good, because there is quite, and you can enjoy the nature. good and various breakfast, kind stuff. even on rainy day you can stay at hotel and spend a time in spa.

for person who will stay here more than 3 days recommend you to have a schedule of cleaning room.
