Amazing hotel and super friendly staff! We had room on the top floor with view on the mountains with private balcony Me and my friends really enjoyed to stay there. We received bath robes and slippers on check in time. Breakfast was worth for the money, all fresh. Sauna and hot tub was amazing too. Big thank you to girl from reception - Edzita. She help us to decorate room for our friend birthday and if we had any questions she was always around to help us

All was perfect but if you are tall don’t take room on the top floor as ceiling is not comfortable because it is goes as triangle 😀

Harda House Friends & Spa is the perfect place for guests seeking relaxation in a peaceful setting, just outside the center of Zakopane. Krupówki and the Gubałówka valley station are within easy walking distance. Breakfast was exceptional with a new menu every day and also due to a big variety of served dishes. We were delighted by the harmonious interior of the building, with its blend of local and modern architecture. The rooms were also very quiet and well-insulated.

Nothing to mention

The hotel room is full of small details and useful things starting from adorable stylish dishes, a vase for flowers, finishing with kitchen paper towels and a little box with a variety of things for women's hygiene. That was very thoughtful, I have never seen anything like that in any other hotel! The spa works from 16:00 to 20:00 (most days), which was very handy for us. In the morning we could go skiing or explore the city, then have a nice late lunch around 14-14:30 exploring polish restaurants, and by 16-17 we would come back to the hotel. SPA was an incredible way to get warm after a cold day. We especially loved the Turkish sauna as this one had a little shower cable (?) with cold water so you can create a temperature contrast for your body. And of course we fell in love with the jacuzzi. Especially great was sitting there so close to the panoramic window and seeing the falling snow being just 1 meter away from you. After that we could have a simple dinner made on an adorable kitchenette. The closest local shops have a variety of tastes of local pierogi. Don't hesitate to try it! We ended up cooking pierogi for every dinner of our stay. This part I write mostly for the owner or the manager of the hotel as this information could probably be very useful to improve this incredible hotel: - The pillows we had felt quite thin, probably would be nice to update them or buy a thicker ones - The piano music in the jacuzzi zone was relaxing, but a little too loud. And after a while, about 20-30 minutes I felt disturbed by it and had to leave. From one point of view - it's a subtle way to make sure that no one will hold the jacuzzi for too long, but still worth mentioning. If it's not the goal - probably any other less simple and less repetitive music would fit. There is "massage music", maybe it could work. Thank you so much for the incredible experience!

The property is astonishing. Well though through and absolutely beautiful! The owner thought about small details, like embroidery on the bedding, noise cancelling machines and dim lighting in the rooms. Everyone was helpful. Girls working at this hotel are brilliant, and made our stay very memorable. Worth visiting, for a short wellness weekend, and longer stays! We loved it!

The spa/ wellness centre hours were a bit short. Especially, if you fancy an evening sauna session with some deluxe time in the salt grotto or jacuzzi. The facilities are open from 4pm until 8-10pm, depending on the day or the month. Which is not ideal! The beauty of the spa makes it slightly less bitter, though😉 Will be definitely very happy to stay there again!

Wonderful place to stay! Located in a nice area. It has everything you need, and even breakfast includes interesting options and not just regular egg/bread/cheese etc. This place has a calming atmosphere and reception ladies are so friendly! One day I accidentally locked myself out of the room close to nightime when reception hours were closed, but I received a super quick support. Happy that I stayed here :)

The accommodation experience is beyond imagination. Very clean and comfortable. The location is close to the city center and the spa. It adds a beautiful touch to the accommodation. I thank all those responsible. Continue at the same level. I will repeat the accommodation experience without hesitation ❤️

Staff, cleanliness, new interior

Our room was joined with another room via doors that were locked. This is kinda not a problem when there are no people on the other side, but on the last day there were people and I could pretty much hear everything they were talking. It is already kinda frustrating to try to sleep with the voices inside my head, not to mention the voices ouside in the other room 😁

Beautiful location to stay at with a chance to relax in the spa

Whenever we took a shower the water would flood the floor of the bathroom no matter what, and I also booked a room with a bath tub and paid extra for a nicer room then our friends that were staying also in the same hotel and our rooms were the exact same expect ours was a little bit more spacious, but nothing like the pictures that I was advertised with though, we didn’t want to make a fuss as we were only there a couple of nights

i and my boyfriend stayed here. And we cant say any negative words towards the facility. Everything was perfect and excedeed our expectation. It is like more staying in a 5 Star hotel. For our 2N3D we felt like we rented the Spa area. The Jacuzzi and the rest area is our favorite. We enjoyed it by ourselves (Maybe we are lucky that theres no alot of guest when we visited) The staff are friendly and helpful. The Breakfast is the best. We ate 2D there and surprisingly it was not the same food serve in buffet. The presentation is nice too. The decor of overall place from the floor, wall the color choice of the overall place was perfect. Hope we can visit again here.

Nothing. I would like to suggest maybe is the Music use in Spa area. In Jacuzzi area its so loud and in my opinion it would be fully relaxing if the music is like Nature sounds, than popular songs. Specially us and mostly of the guest are not teenager. We like the vibe of relaxing song not like partying.

This hotel is super comfy and stylish, located in a quiet place and still close to the center. The staff is really friendly and always ready to help. The rooms are clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. There's a chill common area where you can grab a coffee, and the SPA is perfect for relaxing – especially the salt cave after the sauna. The whole vibe here is super cozy. Definitely recommend it!
