Beautiful view from the balcony, nice location (20mins from centrum on your two or 9 if you use a car), clean apartments and spacious(apart weird bleached spots on the carpet), really nice price/quality. I would recommend to visit this place just for the view from the balcony. We were supposed to be at the 1st floor, but apparently we moved to the 2nd, from where the view was even better, so I can’t complain.

The price for the parking and price for staying with pets. Maybe the room looks a bit not modern, but that’s subjective and probably my personal opinion. Not enough amount of basic things, such as sugar, trash bags, toilet paper etc.

The apartment was cozy and well maintained. Since we were there on New Year's Eve, we received a bottle of champagne, which was really nice. The location is ok, not too far from the city center. In 400m, you have a grocery store, and in 1km, you have a good restaurant, which I recommend it (Karczma Pod Gontem). The parking was safe. On the last day, there was a strong wind, and the fact that the parking lot was underground saved us a lot of worry.

We stayed for 3 nights, and in my opinion, the towels should have been changed at least once.

Excellent apartment located very close to city centre, however it was not important for me, because my reason for travelling to Zakopane was hiking on the mountains. Apartment was very big, we travelled only by two adult persons, then it was perfect. Underground garage was very convenient with excellent access via lift from parking level to apartment . We not used breakfast, then I cannot judge if it was ok or not. Kitchen in apartment was perfectly equipped.

Its very clean, neat and tidy, apartment gives a feeling that you are staying in very good hotel. A little bit View of Mountain makes stay better. A big apartment, easily can accommodate group 5-6.

As we were 5 people and wanted to prepare meal. Utensils were little bit less and not big enough. there was no Oven only Microwave.

The room was clean, a good size for a few days, and not too small. Everything was as expected from the photos. Good that kitchen had everything you might need while staying there. The bed might be bigger but it was very comfortable. Overall everything was good for the price. Good to have access to the roof where you can chill and have a nice view. I would love to have a little bar open up there. Good location not too far from the city center. Good breakfast for the price. I enjoyed staying here and would definitely choose to stay again but would reserve directly by contacting the hotel next time.

The wifi was not working too well, couldn't use YouTube or Netflix apps on the TV. Only tv channels in the Polish language. We didn't get the mountain view as we were expecting and booked especially for that here and there were no free rooms to change to have it, but we did get a discount for the parking lot because of that so we appreciated that. Not a significant dislike but the balcony didn't have a fake grass thing on it, it would be better to have it because the tiles were cold and not so clean looking.

Very good hotel, the room was big, clean, all needed stuff was provided. Great mountain view from the window Huge balcony! I do recommend to visit it in warm period of time maybe it's great to spend some time there

Fantastic view of the mountains, lots of natural Light through the many windows, huge balcony to enjoy the view. Big airy appartment. 20 min. walk to the train station. Fantastic location, away from hussle and bussle of the centre. Friendly and helpfull staff.

The apartement is really well equipped, you will find everything in the kitchen what you should need for a quick dinner or breakfast. It was clean and organized. The bed was sooo comfortable. We recommend this accomodation.

It is a little bit far from the centre but it is not a big deal .. we like to walk in a nice town :)

The balcony view was amazing. Worth it, we rented the room since it had the mountain view and didn't disappointed us. We had an amazing sight during the sunrise.

We wish to stay longer, but we had to leave early to get to the top of the mountain, so we only slept in this amazing place.

Comfortable bed, large balcony with great views, quiet and calm location, the kitchen has a fridge and hob so we were able to store and cook food. Big bathroom with a bath and good lighting. The room had plenty of storage and lots of space to move around but still a cosy place to spend time in. The location is not in the centre of Zakopane so if you do not have a car it is a 20-25 minute fast walk to the old town, but we chose this location on purpose to have a calm and relaxing time and that is exactly what we got. We would definitely stay again.

The room could use a little work. It would be cheap and easy to do to make the room perfect - for example, the tap in the kitchen was loose, there were some marks on the carpet, and the blind in the bathroom was stained and old. The towel rail in the bathroom was a bit dusty. Taking a small amount of time and money to do these fixes would make the room 100 percent.
