The location was perfect for a good walk to many attractions. Very close to the main street. The area was very quiet, and the breakfast had a very good selection with local cheeses and fresh cakes. The place was clean.

I would strongly avoid booking on the third floor, especially if you are tall. There are very low ceilings. The view from the balcony is not exceptional, so not worth the extra stairs.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. The staff was very nice. Loads of variety for breakfast, tasted nice and it wasn’t all the same every day. Location is excellent and the area is quiet.

- One bedroom had no blind on the velux window at all which made it too bright in the morning to sleep, - Other bedroom had a curtain which didn’t cover the entire wall, wasn’t blackout and no additional blind provided so again bright in the morning, - The mattresses were extremely hard and uncomfortable. We were told upon check out that reception has toppers available on request. Would be nice to know this on day 1. - The glasses in kitchen and at breakfast are tiny - for two sips only really. Bigger glasses would great.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. I like that it is a bit far from the center, but you can walk to it. Quiet area. Large and clean rooms. We also use the SPA area.

Only breakfast could have been a little better. For example, warm pancakes for the children (on the third morning there were pancakes on the table, but they were cold). I tried salads for three mornings, but they were inedible :)

The hotel staff were amazing and did everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The position of the hotel was very convenient for restaurants, bars and shops. We loved our apartment, which was spacious, airy with lovely views. The children's playroom was most welcome as we were travelling with a 2 and a 4 year old. Loved the breakfast. We were a party of 11 and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bellamonte.

We chose this accommodation for the second time and again it did not disappoint. The location is great, close to the centre, the station of the funicular to Gubałówka, the BUS-stop. In the vicinity without problems basic amenities, groceries, drugstore.... Staff was communicative, helpful, kind. The apartment was big enough for five, with two toilets, clean, pleasant, kitchen facilities great, bed a bit soft - suits some, not others. :-) The price includes the possibility to use a small salt cave, Finnish and infrared sauna. For breakfast great choice and tasty food, also for lactose intolerants. :-P I recommend!

The breakfast was amazing. Traditional cuisine with classic European variety. The coffee was a bit bitter but not a big deal. The staff were very helpful and kind. The apartment is big and convenient

Some machines didn't work in the gym. The price is a bit high, but I guess it's because of the location and the season. I couldn't connect my phone to the TV in order to watch netflix, and the channels on the tv are only in polish.

Lovely apartment hotel in Zakopane with a fantastic breakfast, great staff, and great amentities for kids. The apartments are large, comfortable, and have everything you need. We arrived by train and walked to the property, and didn’t even need a car to easily access Zakopane. Would really recommend this hotel! Also the saunas are wonderful and very appreciated after a day of hiking.

The location and the atmosphere are both amazing. We had a spacious, silent apartment equipped everything we needed with a small baby. Breakfast is delicious with plenty of options. You need to be an early bird though to avoid the crowds. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling with kids.

I would love to have a mop to clean up the floor- every time we came in with the stroller the hallway got dirty and wet from the leftover snow.

A lovely apartment hotel. Great apartment, spacious, well equipped and clean. Excellent location, short walking distance from the main street and the cable car. Good breakfast, friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Due to a big flight delay, we had to give up the first night and only had one night in the hotel. We had to pay for two nights anyway, but that is understandable and we have no complaint against the hotel. In addition, it would have been good if there was also gluten-free bread and cornflakes at breakfast.

Everything was very good, very clean, comfortable, and positive. The price for staying was good and valued. The location of the aparthotel is an excellent, quiet and clean area. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was various , delicious and local which we expected. The sauna was amazing and clean. We will definitely come back again.

The mattress cover was very crackling in the bedroom, on the double bed, and was very weird on the night.
