This place could definitely charge millions just for the view from the windows :) (though mainly just for that :) ). The rooms are spacious and tidy. The staff does their best to remain polite... A great spot for those seeking peace and quiet. The dinner we had at the restaurant was truly excellent – the food was delicious, the prices were reasonable, and the service was attentive.

Unfortunately, there are quite a few things that need improvement... The hotel has clearly lost its modern touch. We really missed cleanliness on the balconies, and I can't understand why there’s no outdoor furniture there... (they seemed to be shown in the photos). The quality and variety of breakfast options are very limited. Perhaps the most surprising thing was the rule to check out so early. We haven’t seen such an early time in a long while. That said, the front desk easily agreed to a slightly later check-out (by about an hour), though that might have been only because the hotel was practically empty...

Very spacious room and balcony. Exceptional view from the room, restaurant and swimming pool. Ample parking. Stunning location, we encountered lots of deer on the grounds. A short drive to Morskie Oko hiking trail and around 30mins drive to Zakopane.

The decor in spa area, although very clean is a little tired and dated. The rooms could also do with a refresh of the decor. The gaming area downstairs (bowling alley, gym, pool table, squash court) needs a little updating also.

It is weird hotel. But in a nice way :) Feels like traveling back in time. But just because of architecture. Our room however was clean, spacious ( bathroom spacious too) and didn't look old or cheap as it was mentioned in other comments. Breakfast was good, food quality in general quite high. If you have only breakfast included, you can order supper too either from a la carte menu or buffet. A bit expensive but food is good. And of course views are amazing :)

VIEWS! I booked the highest apartment just to have them views.

Unfortunately shower was broken. Also trash bin. Not many people from staff speak English. Minifridge was empty and water wasn’t filled for us. However the hotel view are spectacular! I would come back there.

the water in the shower in the room was barely warm. The water pressure in the shower depends on the time of day, so you need to ‘catch the time’ to take a shower.

This is an unusual hotel. It's late-Socialist era architecture with a half moon shape, located in the grounds of an aristocratic hunting lodge which later appears to have become a Slovak presidential property. It's on the outskirts of a small village, Tatranska Javorina, though local buses from Tatranska Lomnica stop there. The lobby has a huge huge window looking out into the mountains. Good for walkers looking to venture into the Tatras from the north, though other visitors might find it a bit isolated.

There is only one cafe, and the one hotel restaurant, and no options in the village, so a bit restricted on meals.

The views look great on pictures, but they are even better in reality. Come and see them - it is an experience you will never forget. Balcony view attached

Beautyful located (mountainview, in the middle of a meadow), big hotel with several services (bar, wellness, bowling, table football, squash, table tennis, etc.). Fantastic panorama from Lobby and Restaurant. Several comfortable saunas. Breakfast was ok. Price value ratio is outstanding.

The english-speaking level of the staff wasn't high, but they were very kind and lovely. For hikers (we are in the Tatra) is the breakfast starting time (7.am) too late.

Great view and spa facilities, special mention for the restaurant, the chef prepared on of the best dishes I ever had. Hats of to the kitchen

I will not revisit unless they repair the elevator, 5 th floor room with stairs was not good for our feet.
