This little cosy apartment needs much more attention from the owner! First, the guy on the reception was totally miss communicating with us! I wrote to him our arrival time, and we did arrive on time ( as spoken ) We parked, and there was no number 7! Nowhere! There are two buildings, each with 3 entrances, so: no number 7! We made a few rounds ….no entrance! I have send him a new message, no answer! Called the phone number which I was given, got just answering machine! After 7 hours of driving, and walking all around at - 7 C, we loved to enter our payed accommodation! Finally, after 20 minutes of getting frozen outside, I have got a new message, come to the reception!!?? You have a reception??? It was never mentioned! Why? Instead of the address of no 7, ( which does not even exist ) it should be written: “There is a reception in the first building, entrance no 1, I’ll be there” When we finally entered, the guy told me: you should have call! And I DID CALL, but no answer! He said: ‘oh, it is a manager telephone, you should call another…. I called the phone no I was given upon my booking! So, complete miss communicating. In the apartment, there were a few broken things, which need just a good organisation to fix it, not to wait for the guests with broken towel hanger, broken shower, broken tap in the kitchen. The bathroom without a heating. First night I was literally frozen. Next day, the heating was fixed ! So, I think that this little lovely apartment need more attention, to be cared for! The girls at the reception, all 3 of them were very kind, smily, and lovely! There are no facilities! Kitchen should be much more equipped! This was our 10th time in lovely Zakopane, and we know very well what should be in the kitchens! Just for example, we missed the toaster a lot! About the bathroom: there is a very, very small sink! So, you cannot wash your face, without washing your feet as well! So, water splashed everywhere!

Spacious, clean and fresh apartments with nice backyard. The room has all the facilities that you could need and provides possibility to stay with pets. We had a doggo and there were not any problems with it except the fact that you have to pay 50zl extra per night if you stay with pets. Apart from that rules on pets there are good.

In general we liked everything. The only thing that could be better is that you have to keep in mind is that if you travel with pets you'll have to pay extra money for your stay - not sure if it was mentioned anywhere.

This is a good and well-equipped apartments, located in quiet suburbs with a 30min walk or a 10 min drive to Krupowki. A nice placement can speed up you if you are going out of Zakopane for skiing or hiking.

There are a couple of disadvantages: 1. Too soft beds 2. The shower built in such a way that spills the water across the bathroom. So, you should be ready for a flooded flow. 3. Location - yes, it can be a drawback if you want to use taxi during a high season. I heard about 40m waiting for taxi.

We’ve stayed here for the 2nd time already and both times it was superb. Exceptionally clean, nice interior and courtyard, has everything you need for the stay. Location is really nice, has plenty of parking space and super friendly staff.

Nothing too serious, but the only thing that could improve is the bed, it felt a bit too soft and a bit of a dip in the mattress.

very nice apartment, well furnished and super clean, easy check-in very late in the night, extended stay i paid for, location and staff was very helpful. Breakfast brought into apartment.

i did not checked about elevator, 2nd floor was not complicated but quite a way. breakfast looked more as a combination of snacks, still very good snacks with hot sausage, but not what i would expect at 40 pln per person. but whatever, the apartment is very good and the stay was nice, but next time without heavy luggage and breakfast outside.

The overall room was very pleasant, the accommodation was great. We had a room for 3 person and we had a joined kitchen and a living room with a sofa and a separate bedroom. The breakfast costs 40 PLN per person and was a food delivery from some local restaurant (it was some vegetables, cheese, jelly, butter, buns, sausages, half of a boiled egg, yogurt etc.).

The bedside table was not as clean inside and the coffee machine was broken (the Nespresso pod couldn't be pierced for some reason).

The apartment was exceptional, we booked 50sqm one. I am used to AirBnb's and Booking's where the rooms are not that clean, but here I felt like at home. Everything was exceptionally clean, the view out of roof windows and the nature around was amazing. Also, they have a dishwasher, vacuum, blankets, microwave and a kitchen full of CLEAN dishes and tools, pots to cook. The floor is heated and great for pets as the floor is tile with wood imitation. Also, ATM and 2 shops are 5 minutes by feet away. I give 100 out of 10.

Nice apartments in pretty green area. It was easy to get there and park. Kitchen is very well supplied, all the linen and towels were provided. Apartment was very clean, there were also sorting garbage bins (that’s very cool, rarely see that in the hotels, apart-hotels). Short walk to grocery stores/cafes, easy to take scooters near the cafe to go around the city.

It was a bit hard to figure out the correct way to open the door for us. We had a corner attic room, very cool views and flip windows - but I was actively bumping my head in the bathroom and kitchen where ceiling goes lower 😄

Cozy and calm accomodation near the everything important in Zakopane - grocery, city center, Thermal Spa, skiing opportunities. Very comfortable bed, lot of space in the apartment. Safe private parking outside for free, a cheap parking possibility in the garage. Good equiped kitchen. And very helpful and kind staff. Highly recommended!

Modern apartment which was well furnished and with a full range of facilities. Reception was straightforward with friendly receptionist. Zakopane is a really nice little town busy and quite a few things to keep you occupied.

The noise made by the elephants occupying the room above! Also limited facilities around the area i.e. shops and restaurants. Finally it is a bit of a trek into Zakopane (approximately 25 minutes).
