Location was amazing. Pictures don’t do it justice. Gardens are kept beautifully and there are plenty of places to lounge and enjoy views of the river.

Honestly they’ve thought of every comfort and exceeded my expectations and there was nothing I didn’t like. But I will say the hotel right across the river from them played smooth jazz all. day. long. on one of the days of my stay that I could hear clearly from the Inn. (Literally from 9AM-at least 9PM.) Not the Inn on Russian River’s fault but I feel bad for all the people around that other hotel who have to listen to smooth jazz all day when they might just want to listen to the sounds of the river. :)

Staff was very friendly. Kitchen was complete. View of the river was so nice. The magical willow tree sparkled at night. The patio is set up for comfort. Big BBQ, lanterns, tables, comfy chairs, dock to the river, chairs for your easy relaxation or an evening glass of wine. Very quiet at night as all road traffic stops. Golf course is lovely and close by. No problem finding restaurants even in shoulder season. Casual resort area with huge Redwood trees. This is an older and very well kept inn.

We are tall older folks and the very low toilets were challenging.

Sarah at Reception was exceptional. She welcomed us warmly, and I called her before we arrived to confirm the location. She gave us a tour of the beautiful property and made popcorn for us. I wish we could have stayed longer. Sarah also checked in on us twice to be sure we had everything we needed.

A 10 minute drive to town. Would have preferred to be walkable into town. But the property is so lovely, it's a great place to really relax and unwind. Directly on the river.

The staff was very helpful, providing with blankets to sit on the balcony when the weather became a bit chilly. The room was very warm, dry and super clean. The morning view on the river and the foggy forest behind it was a very good addition. There is a very good coffee place just 10 minutes drive from the place if provided coffee is not enough for you. Will definitely stay again.

I could hear water dripping in sewage pipes after the rain, but this is what you'd expect, when you're so close to the nature.

The location was excellent and super close to Monte Rio Beach, where we spent the whole day relaxing and paddle boarding. The Inn is pet friendly and the breakfast was fabulous!

I did not like that we were assigned the closest room to the road. It was noisy in the morning and at night, so we had to wear ear plugs. I was concerned for my dog's reaction, from the traffic noise, every time I opened the front door.

Very cute rooms with lots of comfy seating and natural light. The back patio and walk to the river were lovely, and it was a great spot to read a book in the morning. Great location and a very pleasant atmosphere. Really friendly staff.

I wish the area were better served by public transportation. Some of the decor was a little cheesy (like a print that said "dream love inspire" or something) but it was mostly cute! The preground coffee seemed questionable so I didn't drink any. I don't love Keurig cups, but at least I know it's fresh!

The new owner is lovely and I wish her the best of luck with her new endevor. The fireplace is beautiful as are the grounds. Local Coffee and bagels in the morning are a nice addition. They have put in stairs and cleared a path to the river for easier access.

Not that it can be controlled, but the noise from the road is a problem with the rooms up front.

Location could NOT have been better, or more beautiful, with the river directly in the back yard, the grassed-in lounging area and grounds covered in weeping willow trees and other trees, flower gardens, patio area with portable BBQ pits and permanent one; quality lounge chairs/benches; picnic benches; I stayed in 2 as I extended my time there and someone had already reserved my first room for the extended night I wanted, so I was moved to a different cabin and BOTH rooms were lovely and had everything I needed for my stay; cabin 3 had a separate bedroom, bathroom, living room, and "kitchenette" to the side in the livingroom area, and just a hop/skip/jump away from the back yard to viewing the river and lounging/having a bbq/Cabin 8 was like a Studio w/just 2 rooms - bathroom and sleeping/living area - with "kitchenette" to the side of the sleeping/living area, but it had a balcony looking directly to the river and back yard....beautiful! Isabella (Bella) who checked me in and out and who organized my move to the 2nd cabin when I decided to stay an extra day - was SO SWEET AND MORE THAN ACCOMMODATING. SHE "BENT OVER BACKWARDS" TO ASSIST ME. I LOVED MY STAY AT THE INN ON RUSSIAN RIVER.

No "full length mirror", but I managed; "I" had trouble with the TV in cabin 3, but Bella came over and showed me how to get it to work and it DID. However, when I tried same method in cabin 8, I could not get it to move to any other channel than the one it was on, and since it was after midnight when I discovered this, I didn't want to bother Bella (there is a notice for after-hours "URGENT" calls only.)

Everything was incredible, the grounds were absolutely beautiful. The most tranquil place I have ever stayed, I loved every second of it. I cannot wait to come back! Our dog was warmly welcomed too. The end was the most comfortable we’ve ever laid in and the kitchenette was perfect! The entire space was well thought out and I would recommend this place to everyone I know.

There was not breakfast during the week. The new innkeeper was very accommodating. Upgraded our room to river view. There was alot of working on property going on during the day. The innkeeper had just bought the property and was doing alot of upgrades.

We planned on breakfast every morning. It was only on the weekends.
