Overall a great stay. The checkin experience was great and we were offered an early checkin without additional charges. The room was quite spacious with large windows. The breakfast spread was very lavish and tasty, with lots of variety. Everyone in the staff was very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Even though the hotel is next to a busy road, the windows were fairly sound proof. Air conditioning worked fantastic and we didn't feel stifled even though the windows could not be opened. Overall, a great stay.

Minor quibbles: - The bathroom was spacious but somewhat poorly designed with a sliding door that didn't offer much privacy. The floor was a tad slippery. - The Reception help desk wasn't very responsive on phone and I had to follow up on my requests a few times to get them answered. For ex. I wanted to check if the hotel car was available for a day trip and I had to call them three times to get an answer. - The hotel is quite "shut in" and devoid of fresh air circulation, only relying on air conditioning. This causes a distinct a/c smell in the lobby and common areas.

I have no words to describe how AMAZING my stay it was, the customer service is GREAT! absolutely everyone one was incredible with us, reception staff, hotel manager and restaurant staff (specially Bijay & Sandy) thank you to everyone for your amazing service. This hotel totally deserves 5 starts, facilities such as swimming pool & gym are great and the hotel maintain high standards and cleanliness I would definitely stay again if I’m back in Ahmedabad. Keep your hard job & customer service guys! (;

Staff was friendly and helpful. Reception provided us with shopping and currency exchange recommendations. Spa had a good value for the price. No swimming costume or cap needed for the pool. Very clean rooms with comfortable beds.

Toilet in the room didn’t flush well. The spa shower in the single person treatment room had a musty smell.

Room & breakfast, location

Check in process was very lazy I was transferred from one counter to another counter a lot of time this process was completed and after check in process I had to wait a long time standing with family for room key, after I checked in I gave them the room key was given But gave me room key several times. The reception staff appeared to be careless

Best hotel in Ahmedabad in a very beautiful and convenient location. All staff were excellent, Shantanu, Ankush, Bhagirathji, Mukesh ji to name a few. They all were very helpful and always with a positive attitude and smile on them. Property is all well maintained and neat and clean with top notch customer service. Breakfast was excellent.

Rates I feel are on higher side, due to some technical issue water wasn’t available in morning for an hour … late start to my day … though I understand sometimes things are beyond control … it’s ok

It was a great experience for me to stay here and staff members are so polite and helpful.... specially the housekeepers... breakfast area and staff who were working over there had been really friendly and obliged to me... supervisor DUSHYANT at the breakfast area is very modest and grounded.. i really enjoyed my stay

The gym is a little too hot. I recommend cooling the space by 2deg as when you are working out you want a cool space as you get hot when you work out. Also, I recommend the default option for payment of a restaurant meal on a tab to be paid at the end of the trip as opposed to the hassle of chasing payment after the dinner. There is no need for two transactions.

My parents stayed the night here, and they said everything was very comfortable. The service, the facilities & the food. All in all a great experience !

Nothing much that didn't resonate well with my parents who stayed the night here. There was some confusion on the payment, but that too was sorted out really quickly. As mentioned above, all in all a great experience.
