The friendly staff, especially the Bellboys, the F&B staff, and the housekeeping team, were all so hospitable.

The fact that there was not enough Manpower during the public holidays when the hotel was busy and the front office team were struggling to handle the many enquiries from hotel guests. The Mangement should not allow the Managers to go on leave altogether and should relook into the rostering and having a duty manager who can make decisions for such peak periods.

Clean room, water pressure good. Hotel smells good. Comfortable bed and pillow

Food is not very good. Very common type of food. Not much variety. For breakfast dint top up the food even though it's 9:50am. As per timing breakfast is till 10:30am. But before 10am the food mostly finished and didn't top up. Staff started cleaning by 10am although people were still coming in for breakfast. Other places usually the breakfast will be topped up even till the last minute so that those coming on time will still get all the food. Here in impiana food didn't top up. Very disappointing. Not worth for RM 38 breakfast buffet. You may add more variety of choices. Cakes and muffins can be added, mushroom soup not there. No people at the roti canai counter. Omelette is not freshly made, staff gave which already made before hand.

1) I think the lobby reception forget to endorse my room key as I couldn't access the room the first time. I need to go down again to lobby reception to get the issue settled.

The room was excellent and spacious, as I had ordered the Club Premier King Room. Breakfast was good spread. The environment was quite as it was the fasting month.

The highway outside the hotel usually has long traffic during the peak hours when entering the town. However, this is something that the hotel cannot improve on.

It is near to JPO and it is not crowded and very relaxing.

There were Live Performances during our stay and it was advertised in the elevator. However, it will be a good customer service if the front desk highlighted the event in the hotel to all guests during check in because there were lack of guests attended the live performances.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, room service was great, room is clean, food was delicious too. There's a children's room where they have a trampoline and slides. Also other toys that kept my child occupied for a good 1 hour. Parking was easy, and very near to the highway exit which saves us a lot of time getting back on the road.

I like the location as it's near to the Johor Premium Outlet, which is only btwn 10-15mins drive. I really think the hotel should consider providing a shuttle to the Outlets to attract more people staying at the hotel.

The restaurant closed at night, probably due to shortage of staff. The breakfast buffet wasn't that great but acceptable. They don't have shuttle service from hotel to airport but they provided free shuttle from airport to the hotel.

The comfort level of the rooms and the friendliness of the hotel staff.

Limited carpark lots, a little bit inconvenient to get to the hotel location as we came from UTM and had to make a long U-turn to get to the hotel.
