The environment so clean, good n peaceful. Good n humble staff. Fast checkin n check out process Had a great day. Parking so easy n safe. Very near to UTM. Very near to china town n there are a lot of food shops and supermarkets Feelings so happy n safe too. Highly recommended. Tqsm ❤️

My room n staying experience is good and no any issues.

It was quite affordable for a family group who were only at JB for one night. The rooms were cosy and comfortable but very small. Otherwise extremely clean rooms with toiletries provided. I will definitely recommend it to people who are not going to spend much time at the hotel but for couples who are looking to spend leisurely time at the hotel I will suggest a more expensive option. For families who are on budget trip and going to spend most of the time exploring JB then its a perfect choice because the hotel staff are friendly and the rooms are very clean with lots of breakfast choices at nearby shops.

It's very comfortable and the air conditioning was super cool but we must setting it at air conditioning remote that they will provide with you the bed,bed sheets,bathroom all very clean...they provide 4 pair of slippers because we stay in family room 4 people so they provide 4 pair of slippers they also give free pillow if we need...the room was suitable for everyone.

Surprisingly i got towel that like shredded and i laugh with my sister 😂 it’s like they never check if the towel still in good condition or not

The staff were very nice. The hotel is located in an area with shopping and restaurants close by.

The bathroom was very tiny with the shower and toilet in the same room.

I would like to thank for cleaner and those facilities I’m really secrify to there and secure I’m loving to stay

Loudly and Noise from all the neighbors, I can listen to the snoring of the beside room. Window without isolation so I can't sleep from bird sounds all night.

The location with ample car park. Near to the eating places and convenience store. Friendly staff and willing to help.

This hotel offers facilities like a 3 star. There is a lift even though the hotel is only 2 floors. Room very clean and comfortable. Even the lobby looks classy. Plenty of parking lots. And the price is very very good. I will be staying there again.

The neighborhood is a little rural. But I had no problem as i had my car with me. Taman university is just next to it. Taman U has everything I needed.
