The room was spacious, plenty to move around. They provide a range of toiletries, which i like the most. The bed was comfy and the sheets are clean. The AC is cold too, even on 25 °C. There are even malls near to the hotel, and a convinience store downstairs. The showers are great too with hot and cold water. The transparent window of the bathroom is definitely romantic for couples on honeymoon, which is great.

The window was a bit small compared to the website pictures, but it was okay, expected a big window with a great view turns out it was just overlooking the highway ahead 😂

It's super clean and cozy. The front desk staff is warm and welcoming. Loved the toiletries provided. The laundry bag isn't expected. Loved it! I'll make sure to stay here for my next visit to Johor.

Very impressive with the hotel for the price we paid. Clean, spacious, mini supermarket at the lobby and Bank Islam next to the hotel. 14mins away from JPO. No lift but staircase is very nicely carpetted. Water dispenser is located at every floor which is a bonus point Staff Aliah is very attentive even before my check in day. Recommended.

The staff who check me in was friendly and helpful as always. Whenever i checked in to the hotel, the staff was always accommodating to my request whenever possible and she is always friendly, especially the ones who checked me in on my last visit.

they were able to consolidate our 2 bookings effortlessly and the reception was super helpful about it. good location. shower was great with goo water pressure. clean room. size of room could be bigger but we only needed the room to sleep in so it didnt bother us much. staff was friendly.

Godd place if you want to visit heritage village before or after airport. About 15 min to IOI Mall.

There is no window in the room

Affordable price & quite big room number 209 for 3 person room. Clean toilet and room. Easy to parking even 17 feet lorry. Got a guard monitoring at night and it make more safe for guest' vehicle.

Nothing to don't like.

Excellent cleaniness, many power plugs for charging :-), security service provided & restaurants around made my family feel very comfortable
