Everything is very basic. Just a room with a bed, toilet, satellite TV, small fridge, kettle, and small cupboard to hang your clothes. Have tried many different hotels all around in Malaysia so don't expect too much from a budget hotel. Pretty quiet place with acceptable cleanliness.

We booked 3 different types of rooms: Queen Room, Twin Room & Single Room, thus I guess it is understandable that our rooms were not close to each other. But all the rooms' window view are really bad tbh... one looking out to a cemetery, the other two is less than a meter away from the window of the opposite room, which can literally see into someone's else room LOL

The room is spacious, clean and quiet. Everything about the room meets expectation and we enjoyed staying for 2 nights. We are able to park out car right infront of the hotel safely and there were eateries opposite and around the place. There is even a big, really big shopping mall next to the hotel (within 50 steps).

Nothing I can think of except the receptionist don't really speak english well but we managed to communicate using eye contact, gesture and some simple english. Overall, not an issue cos they were friendly and accommodating.

staffs are really nice! room size is bigger than image, better than expectation. there is full-length mirror inside the room.

first room they provided has cockroach, but they switch a room for us after we report the issue.

The receptionist lady was very nice. It was the same girl when we checked in (24th) and checked out (25th). The room was clean and the hotel location is very strategic.. A lot of eateries in that area. Parking is also available.

Only the lady who sent the iron to my room at night was little bit with moody face. We said thank you but she didnt even replied or smile. Just a very moody or angry face. But never mind

Love the clean decorated lobby! I love the theme, very welcome n very pleasing. The staff are friendly and very attentive! The hotel is situated right at the shopping mall. Nothing much Abt the mall but the Cowboy Supermarket is superb! All u can ask for is there!

There is nothing to complain about.

The room is spacious enough. Free parking available, with rooftop so that a bonus. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Is located next to a wholesale emporium so it's easy if you need to buy something.

Light inside the room is not bright enough. Even at max setting, still dim. Need to open the curtain for extra lightning during the day, but luck out if during night time.

I like the aesthetics and comfort feeling of the place. Bright walls and comfortable furnitures.

I hope that more amentities can be provided such as more tables for double bed rooms since it can be quite empty in a spacious room. I hope there can be brighter lamps along the corridor, plus sufficient ventilation too. Take your time to improve this hotel, start gradually well:)

the water pressure is very good and i like it when having shower.....because i tried many hotels before and this is the best ever I met which such good pressure.

no breakfast or no cafe.....maybe can think about to have a simple breakfast service...:-)

Beautiful Hotel Super clean bathroom and bedroom Aesthetically perfect There are areas for children to play around. Good amenities- coway available, fridge, water kettle available. Security is good, only card access. Ample parking space at basement. A truly wonderful stay.

Wifi connection not so good but the telco line no issue.

Interior is so nice, really not expect, and i like the lobby with curtains it's make privacy and i feel so different,u will not see outside from lobby,and same as outside cannot saw u from lobby.5🌟 for the idea and design.
