The room clean & spacious, the staff helpful even help us to air pump the boy float(request the sports club staff ok) , the breakfast variety & delicious 😋 The scenery at the sports club pools beautiful & calming.. make us feel relaxed & cool.. They have great foods & accommodation 😍😎❤️

Even we booked few months earlier doesn't mean we get the room we book cos it's still subject to availability if we check in late.. 🤔 Hmm unfair right😑😁 so make sure you be there ontime😅😆

1) Our studio room is spacious for us. The bed and pillows are comfortable. 2) Bathroom is okay. 3) The pool is okay but not the view. 4) Breakfast also okay but a bit bland esp the pasta section. 5) Check in and check out is so easy and smooth. 6) The staff are great. Always greet with a smile.

1) No night activity. We went to the spa and sport center at 8pm and it's closed. We thought it will be open until 10pm. 2) The restaurant on the main building only open until 6pm. Last room service order is 4.30pm. 3) The small shop have limited goods and no souvenir of any kind that have the resort name or picture. 4) The view from the pool 'tak best' because there are construction going on only 100 meters from the pool. We have to smell smoke and dirt from the construction site while swimming.

The rooms were large, spacious, and serviced daily. The beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the spa area pools, massages, and the water slide — the kids had a great time. Breakfast each morning was a treat. Ordering lunch or dinner via Grab was super easy, delicious, and incredibly affordable. The staff were super friendly and excellent hosts, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The room only offered local TV channels, and there was no option to cast from our phone — the TV wasn’t a smart TV. The main hotel pool was under maintenance during our stay, but we were able to use the pools at the spa area, just a short 5-minute walk away. Those pools were fantastic and made up for the inconvenience.

I love the breakfast. Lots of variety and taste good. The staff service r good. I requested to print the receipt even peyment online and she did it without hesistate. Wifi is very good...with lot of tv channels and clear pictures Check in / out r very smooth n fast.

1. There r no chairs at the balcony like last time. Room 0748 2. Aircond..need to be service - not cold enough 3. Bath room- no extra hand soap for facial and toilet 4. Change drinking water to mineral water please 5. Not a good view along the pathways- there are lot of clothers hanging at the balcony - the opposite block 4.

Facilities are 10/10 stars!

The property is slightly old but otherwise well maintained. Food options are a drive out.

Was here for a night and will return to the same place in a couple of weeks time. The entire venue is nice and clean. The room was great, really nice decor and the balcony was a nice touch. Facilities were good too. It is quiet and therefore we were able to rest well.

Just a few things to make it a great place to stay. The shower pressure was very low, maybe its just my room but if it is a norm in other room then that should be improved. The entire bathroom facility is perfect. The lift buttons are extremely difficult to look at, as in you dont know if you've pressed it or not. It doesnt light up properly.

Room: The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff accommodated my request for a lower-level room, which was greatly appreciated since I have toddlers. Pool: The pool area could use an upgrade. While the resort is beautiful, improved facilities would enhance the experience. The pool on level 2 was decent—though a bit dirty—much better than the resort pool with slides. I would definitely return with my family and kids, as they loved everything about the resort. Play Area: The play area was somewhat underwhelming and could be improved. It didn’t seem very clean to me. Breakfast: There were many options available, but the taste was only a 7/10. While I appreciate the variety, I would suggest providing a better brand of Honey Stars and Coco Crunch, as the taste was disappointing. Overall: We all enjoyed our stay. I love the resort for its ambiance and scenery, and I hope management considers upgrading the pool area.

The Jacuzzi area was under maintenance. The pool with slide was extremely dirty. The ladies toilet at the pool area could be upgraded.

I appreciate the fast response from the facilities team in regard to any issues that we had during our stay. The hotel is a bit outdated but some of their facilities are okay.

I am so sorry but the hotel should start to invest in upgrading their facilities such as toilets etc. The cleanliness of the hotel is so worrying. Since most of the furniture and items in the room are heavily made from wood, more maintenance is needed to keep them clean. The apartment sink and drawers etc are quite dirty as well. All in all, they have to upgrade and hire more people too. There was no bell boy during our stay, we have to get our own luggage trolly and bring them to our room ourselves.

room was big. can fit one room 3 people actually. breakfast okay not bad, normal malaysia sarapan. pool is the best. got 4 pools, what in the worldddd haha very nice

what i dont like is the dinner food. very pricey for that price. if emergency maybe can. and the parking spot. dangerous the tree is old. hit my car, but the managment said to me can claim, so later i will update how its going on.

Value for money, cozy and peaceful resort in the heart of Johor, but away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Staff were friendly, facilities were ok. There are sufficient eateries and activities to do for the family within the resort itself. If not, it is within 30-45mins drive to nearby malls. Loved the swimming pools and the indoor kids playground! Also, I think I was upgraded from a 2 room suite to a 3 room suite (thank you for that! :)). Will come again in the future insyaAllah.

Two main downsides were: Food-wise - Room service for food was not available 24 hours, or at least till 12am. 2 of the eateries close at 5pm on weekdays. Surrounding areas had construction going on (either a new project or extension of the resort? So, the rustic ambience was reduced as opposed to maybe 1 or 2 years ago.
