1) The room is really cozy and gives a nice feeling 2) I like the bathroom floor (pebbles texture) 3) Aircon is adjustable to liking (not centralised) 4) It is a nice environment to get a local feel 5) The bed is quite comfortable 6) Value for money

1) There is specks of dust everywhere around the corners of the room 2) The shower head is a little broken 3) Nice recept but she only speaks Malay, and I think the recept won't be at the counter all the time so it will be good to communicate the check out timing if possible, we waited more than 10min to check out. 4) When showering/using tap, it's a little noisy 5) Towels are really old

Toilet / Air-Con pipe keeps leaking , hence the toilet floor is always wet..

House deco is very nice. So many insta-worthy photozones and seating areas. Size of our room is okay and I'm totally fine with leaving our footwears outside of the house since there's a shoe rack, and it's very clean. Kak Maya is very friendly and helpful as well. The queen bed was very very comfortable to us.

Our aircond was leaking so we turned it off before going to bed. The bathroom door cannot be locked properly. Please fix that thank you.

The greenery around the place. The wooden Balinese feel was nice

The Family suite was windowless making the room dank in smell. We arrived quite late at night, there wasn't a lighted signboard to tell we had arrived.

No breakfast provided. Location is good, easy access.

- the sound maybe from the air conditioner upstairs is too loud sometimes. - inside the room has coffee only. maybe can add choice for tea too.
