Horrible experience in my life staying in a place called itself 'hotel'. Totally lost confidence in Booking.com -- the second consecutive horrible experience booking with Booking com (previous one in Taipei -- unforgettable experience of finding a shit in a shower room). And after many years, this is another unforgettable and even worst new experience of booking.

Dirty. Smelly bed. Total leakage of toilet. Flooded in the toilet. Plus any terrible things you can link to a room in a shop lot (far away to say is a 'hotel' or even 'hostel'), you can find them here. The worst thing is the the person in charge is well aware of all these defects and with no shame said in the beginning right upon checking in: "If you pay additional RM50, you can get a better room. Otherwise, don't say I didn't remind you if you got bitten bed bug yeah. This room is for Bangla to stay yeah. I am not sure the bed sheet has changed or not ...". Racist, discriminating, irresponsible, cheater, shameless. Wordless. After one month when writing this review, still traumatised by this staying experience. Not only spoiling the image of mine towards this city of Johor Bahru so-called a metropolitan city, but also my final piece of confidence in Booking.com crashed. Shocking.

The room is so dusty n the toilet is so dirty than the public toilets. Will never ever book here again.

I never stayed. It was dirty and smelly. It wasn't oyo standard at all. I went to a different hotel .
