Upon checking the front office staff, Natasha was very friendly and prompt in handling guests. Rooms key was given fast as unexpected due to busy check-in at counter. The room was spacious and clean. Facilities in the room are well maintained, with simple instructions placed on the room writing table. ✍️ Compliment given to room attendant in tidy-up the guestroom so well. Keep it well. We all have breakfast in the cafe and lots of variety of foods. Unsurprisingly, we notice the Cafe Manager Tokin as the name given to me. Mgr Tokin and the team are well organised. All staff are very alert in handling guests without failure. The manager and team were firm in handling guests during breakfast. The best thing is that there is no reserve of tables for guests if the guest comes only 2 pax and informed the family is joining them. The guest are seated according to the number of pax with them,this is to avoid empty seat due to being busy and crowded with guest having breakfast. Compliment to Cafe team and Mgr.Tokin for such excellent work. 👏

No much comments as our staycation was so well. Expect a few things that need improvement . 1. For facilities maintenance team to check the facilities in the room are in working condition eg. Shower area no leaking, the fitting is rectified, minibar is working. 2. As for hskp, ensure the hanger in the closet is not rusty and clean. 3. Cafe dining needs to be improved on the step area to add additional steps for elders and kids to avoid tripping. Or to painted yellow line or words written ' careful on the step' as to avoid accident at workplaces. Overall, we felt satisfied and will come back again.

Charming, rustic, well maintained classic resort. Serene, quiet, peaceful, beautiful surroundings/scenery. Perfect place to get away from hectic city life. The room itself was big, high ceiling, big bathroom. Overall get feeling like being in a high end resort in early 2000s. Nowadays modern hotels/resorts are not build like this. Nice pool, nice to walk around, quiet, relax and take in all the greenery, so much greenery. Overall the property is well maintained for its age. Will definitely visit again. In fact by the time I write this review I have already visited two more times. Worth checking it out at least once.

Nothing major, overall cleanliness can be improved. TV could be changed to smart TV to include apps such as Netflix, Prime, etc.

The scenery (golf course) and swimming pool is high class and well maintained. The bathtub well maintained and the bathroom is spacey. We loved it. The hotel is quite old but the management manage to maintain it well. In our room, we did not find any molds or dirty paintings. As the owner of few homestays myself, i understand it is very difficult to maintain old buildings like that. Congrats to the hotel management on that front. We will definitely come again in the future if we can get the same price for the room. 🥰🥰

Some of the stairs were not properly maintained. The management should re-paint it to make it more beautiful. I noticed the food for breakfast was not enough for all those who take late breakfast. The food should be topup all the time according to the number of guests at that particular time.

its older, some complain about estate, yes if you look espec outside for example on the roofs of balcony, a little maintenance aquired...but this is resortstyle!!!! and not a fency small room in a sitandard hotel for me perfect place ,as well if i consider the price very good all in all

Very convenient location. We took a grab to go to the hotel from JB and we where surrounded by nature. It is perfect to relax with family. The swimming pool is beautiful. There is a lot of space in the hotel. The 2 rooms were also big with view on the swimming pool. The staff is kind.

One point of improvement that we notice, there is chair and table missing at swimming pool area.

The location is 5 minute drive from Senai Airport. So, it is convenience for whom have flight and need place to stay. The price is fairly cheap for 4 ⭐️ hotel for one night. I have superior king bed with pool view. The view is excellent. I celebrated my husband’s birthday here. Mr. Toin and the team really helpful to arrange the table and surprise. Because it was last minute planning so i feel so grateful for their help. Will come again.

Not really but during the dinner our meals taste quite bland?. Overall everything okay. But, for the pool, i think better to have warning sign. Especially for the kids.I didn’t notice the depth is 1.5m so when i dive i instantly sink in. Caught me off guard 😅

Strong water pressure for shower. Great presentation of the food (self paid). Staffs were good. The TV is new, but we didn't know how to connect hotel wifi to watch YouTube, we connected our own hotspot to watch.

Swimming pool not maintain well, water not enough clean, no chairs for sitting and put on things. The wood floor in the room a bit spoilt, especially in front of the shower room. TV can't watch normal channel program, only online.

The location was a stone’s throw from Senai airport and very close to the premium outlet, that’s the main reason we’re staying. Apparently there’s a golf club which we didn’t get to see because we were so busy The room I got in was very clean

The facility is okay but old. The design was classic, which I like, but some places, like the wooden areas are in need of a replacement

Large resort with a huge pool in beautiful, lush surroundings. Large spacious rooms. The restaurant was good and cooked fresh food almost infront of us. We stayed here for one night before an early morning flight and it proved to be a great option within a 5min drive to the airport. (some of the airports nearby looked depressing)

The resort is looking a little tired and has seen better days. The rooms were ok, but the bathroom had leak stained ceilings and could do with modernising.

Tha facilities are great. But please improve on your lamp at the room.. Kind like dim light and darkness.difficult to find things. Other than that staff are really friendly and helpful. I will stay again and again. ❤️
