The room, easy parking. Do note that the swimming pool offered is only the one at the main building as this is a private unit. But host was attentive enough. Fridge is a bonus. Cozy feeling.

The four other pools that this resort offered are located at the sports center, and THESE pools can be used with some fees (complimentary only for Hotel guests under the official hotel bookings). My bad, I only noticed the facilities listed under the booking.com for this unit is just 1 swimming pool, which is the 2nd level at the hotel building only. Would've been great if host could provide the map/guidelines and fees of the facilities provided as the resort is quite big. Oh. The water pressure especially the bidet is VERY low. The sliding door of the washroom is stuck and can't be closed properly

we didnt notice this is not the official hotel. so we didnt entitle for some of the hotel benefit like breakfast, swimming pool etc. if want maybe have additional charge? idk. but the room if perfect. this is just a head up for some people who dont know.

The environment,cleanliness and everything. Love the ambiance. The greenery surrounding and bird chirping sounds all day long was love. Host gave a clear instructions on self check in.

1)Don’t have enough toiletries,just a shower cream was provided. 2) The pool was super slippery. It was so moldy where made me to came out instantly. Please highlight it to the Management. It was so unhygienic. I have attached video. The green thing in the pool is the mold.

Spacious, 1 bed room apartment, with freezer, 2 units aircond very good cooling even 25 deg setting, the room cold already. Bed is very comfortable too.

Water bidet pressure too low, and toilet lid not in good condition (easily detached). We fixed the lid ourselves anyway. Nothing much to complain. We liked the unit.

The is no lighting on the road to the hotel.

The unit was clean and spacious.

The mailbox where the unit key was kept seemed to be in poor condition. The living room unit can be furnished better with a carpet. The owner did not realize the electric kettle was broken so we had to ask for replacement.

The peace and quiet was welcome. Lots of nature all around.

The fact that there was construction going on next to the property and that the restaurant's last order is at 4.30 pm hence we had to make alternative arrangements for dinner.

Unfortunately cooking is not allowed. Cant even heat up food

Price is reasonable. Check in and check out is simple. Property is clean and cosy. A very good value for money

The extra blanket is quute small

Location great. Room is great. Accept for the low water pressure. Surely will book again if we come to skudai.
