Deposit of RM150/SGD50 could be arranged via PAYNOW hence very convenient for travelers from SG. Location was 15-20mins walk from CIQ and was sheltered all the way. Mall downstairs had supermarket and some F&B which made it very convenient. apartment was clean and WIFI connection was fast. Apartment was also fully furnished and would be good for longer stays.

Check-in process was quite overwhelming but detailed instructions were given on how to retrieve key. But still took a while after to find the block where apartment is. Would be great if host provided a map of the whole complex indicating the blocks.

Room was big and comfortable.

Checking in was cumbersome, location was off worse if traffic jam - you can be stuck for an hour just to get back. Check out time was too rushed. Had to check out before 11am and from the room to drive out and deposit the key back itself takes about 15 minutes so you have to leave the room by 1040am latest to not be penalised for checking out late. Getting the carpark to the room was bad just bad. Loads of walking and very confusing. Have stayed at a couple of apartments and this is by far the most complicated one. They require a transfer deposit of $50. Nothing much in the mall as most units have closed down so not much of a makan option for you to walk down for. Other than that, everything is okay.

Everything was best experienced, well kept unit , clean with complete facilities and amenities. The location was good and very close to find food as it located in the Mall. Love the kitchen,bathroom , bedroom and swimming pools,gym etc. Everything you need just nearby. Beautiful view, of Woodlands you can see from your balcony! Hope we can stay here again next time. Recomended and beyond expectation , worth value for your money.

Thing to improved is if can the host can please place extra lock from inside to door which is lack safety for women traveller as i only travel with my girls.(They using the access card and password which i think less privacy to me as other people might know somewhere in their whats app host group - sorry no offence i feel that way). Parking is quite tricky to find ,do find door to the block first before you decide your parking lot. That would save your time and be easier for those travel with kids.

Cleanliness. Very important for me as i have toddlers. Prompt response from host. Fast refund of deposit. 2nd time staying. 1st time was for 3bedrm. Never disappoint. Extra pillows provided however wish the pillows are more comfier.

The layout of the blocks were a bit confusing and the security guards were not very helpful.

The condo was great! Comfortable, clean and modern. Big condo and perfect for families. Location was great!!! Housekeeping was good. Fast with service and communication. They were very helpful. We would stay here again!

Poor reception for phones!!! You have to use the apartment wifi and still so slow. Hoping for the walkway to CIQ will be complete soon. The R&F Mall was disappointing. A lot of shops have closed down and only a handful of restaurants are open and the supermarket.

Its comfortable to stay, the owner very helpful to guide us the way collect the key card. And the location is excellent to go any where, near the custom and mall. Wifi is fast and fantastic and important that’s have Netflix too, can enjoy the movie at night :) And my pet(kitten) also happy to stay here too 👍🏻 Thanks for the comfortable place for staycation

The pillow too soft to sleep And the remote control for the TV box is hard to press, hope that owner can change the new one 😃 Overall is good. 👌🏻

Very spacious room, 2 bedrooms with bathrooms each, another 2 bedrooms with sharing bathrooms. Towels provided. Clean & tidy. Huge Sofas for 10 pax good for a big family. Aircon at every rooms incl. living rm. All with ceiling fan too. Projector provided besides tv with good sound system. Kitchenette - complete wares. Good for those who likes to cook. Rubbish bag provided Fridge are clean Grocer store and shops are just below and only open at 10am. Can find Cinema and 7 eleven there too. Nice to stay with family which is convenient and easy to move around even to nearer shopping mall like City Square or Danga bay Aeon.

Parking lots - a little confusing to find the blk.when reached the basement cpark. Lack of indication and signage to show the block number. You could end up going to the floor and unit number which might seems correct but wrong block.

Enjoyed the facilities and the RF Mall although many of the shop lots are still vacant. The apartment was cleaned and spacious with adequate amount of furnishing. Location was pretty convenient, connected to the CIQ by a covered link bridge. Host was responsive, accomodating and quick to return the required deposit upon check out.

Check in process was off course more tedious than checking in to the hotel. Prior to arrival, the host will text you a set of instructions and then you will need to find your way to the right tower lobby, unlock the letter box to retrieve the card access to the apartment. I will also suggest to the host to set 4 pillows for the master bedrooms instead of just 2 especially if your pillows are more flat than usual.

The apartment is very clean and convenient as it is located on top of a shopping mall. The apartment is big too, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Wifi was weak, only accessible in the living room but not in the bedrooms. Suggest the host to have wifi booster installed. One of the room aircon was not working on cool mode, so host put a portable aircon in it. But it was too noisy and not suitable for one who was a light sleeper. The fan and the lights were controlled by the same switch and same remote control. However the remote control was not working, so couldn't control the speed and the room ceiling light didn't work too, although there was a floor light at the side of the bed. If not for this room, I would give the rate a 9 or 10.
