The 2-room apartment was of high standards,more than I expected, so my family and I are very pleased indeed. Location is superb with lots of shopping and food choices. Cleanliness of apartment was also very good. Well maintained and pretty good view too. Facilities were really suitable for a long stay. Dining was really spacious and comfy and so was my master bedroom. The other room was just normal but decor and fittings were all great. Shower was Awesome, good water pressure! Overall, definitely recommended for family stays and weekend shopping.

We had problems with watching videos apparently some TV Box issue. Maintenance came to fix really quick but the next day, we had the same connection problem :( Reception area is really small and there were many people kind of hanging around there - rather congested space. Staffs can be more alert to guests trying to check-in and check-out. Door person was very polite and greets every guests tho:)

The location, friendly frotn desk, didn't get the lady's name but she dyed her hair (tied up neatly) and was super kind and attentive to our checking in process. Strategic location near to malls. Great cafeterias nearby. Comfortable stay overall eventhough there's few issues to highlight.

Dirty balcony. Aircon compressor right above the ceiling of balcony, so it is dangerous to even stand outside, no light at balcony. Flooring of the balcony slanting downwards. My baby couldn't sleep well in the master bedroom. Housekeeping didn't top up new towels throughout our stay, just the second day only. Housekeeping did not top up tissue in toilet. TV has no Netflix and YouTube, not convenient for kids. Relying on jsut TV channels. Sofa stained, dirty, which only tell guests like us that management didn't change it. Door knob of the other room is faulty, need to open the door knob upwards instead of the usual door knob opening method. Shampoo and body wash both the same in the toilet. So we couldn't disturb guish between the two. No buffet spread for lunch and dinner.

The room is very spacious and clean.

Can hear the loud music from the live band although be stay at 29th floor.after 10 pm

The toilet needs renovation, change toilet bowl. The toilet bowl cover state is shocking ...

The apartment could of been cleaner, clearly need more attention to detail and improved management on the cleaning side. Beware, some of the units to the front are badly affected by 24hr construction going on, even though we were on the 31st floor the noise still kept my colleague awake however, the next night they need relocated him to a quieter room to the rear of the building,

Comfy bed, spacious coz it's an apartment. Well equipped. Nice ambience and easy to get food nearby since there's a lepak corner infront of the hotel

Vallet parking very expensive. The most expensive vallet in Malaysia, even KL not like this. RM60 per nite. Vallet parking handled by Restoran Lesong. Suasana Hotel should give special rate for client. Counter reception quite slow. Only 2 people handle during check in, 1 person handle check out. Should improve further

This is my 2nd stay at this place. 1) Simply love the spacious , high floor apartments with great views. 2) Good suites for big families. 3) Convenient location to JB CIQ with City Square & Komtar just behind the hotel. Plenty of eateries nearby. 4) Suites & Rooms are generally clean. 5) Swimming pools, great for adults and kids with mini playground for the young ones to stay.

1) We stayed at the same apartment(27th floor) for both our stays. During our first stay, we could open the balcony door and enjoy the breeze. However, we were unable to do so as the staff said the sliding door was spoilt. 2) Broken shower head can pose danger to occupants. 3) Pool maintenance should be done before opening or after closing. Powder used could be allergic to young kids.

The location is excellent, with ample parking. The apartment is clean and modern. It is well furnished and spacious. The staff are very friendly, polite and professional.

The TV in the apartment cannot connect to the internet, nor can it accept screencast to watch movies. This is peculiar as there is a nice sofa and tv yet the occupants are stuck with boring channels.

Apartment was fairly clean and new. Short walk to Komtar and City Square Mall so pretty convenient for this location.

Traffic can be horrendous due to the road diversion. The towel rack has dislodged. Shower glass panel not clean properly. Most toilet holder getting loose and poorly maintained. Cutlery not complete like usual AirBnB. The lift when getting up and down can be a pain as it takes very long with only 4 lifts serving 37 storeys. Staffs uses same lift as guests which should have own cargo or staffs lifts to minimize overloading wait.

Very large apartment. Big dining table with chairs. Microwave, plates, utensils provided. Even has a “walk in” wardrobe. Central aircon so for folks that don’t want too cold to sleep at night, just leave the bedroom aircon switched off and leave the bedroom door slightly open.

Gym aircon was broken. Gym weight machines also not working, as the weights could not be adjusted.
