comfortable and clean hotel. staff friendly. housekeeping helped us to keep our left behind clothes. very thankful for that. when we needed to check in a little earlier, the staff went out of their way to accommodate our request.

Very convenient location. Very friendly staffs and security. Hotel was very clean amd well maintained. Has been here a few times already.

Unfortunately our room which was 1010, a family room, the air com was not cold. We even tried washimg the filter ourselves but still the same. We end up sleeping with jusy a moderate cooling in our room.

I like about this hotel is because the staff is very helpful and the room is clean. air-condition is really cold and warm water available. The pantry always fill up when they do the housekeeping. The room is so quite and I am really in peace even the downstairs is main road

I do not like the reception of WIFI because my room is located at the back and the WIFI is so unstable and I find it difficult as I really need a WIFI to do my job

The air freshener smell is too strong especially at corridor and lobby. I can even smell it from my room. I feel a bit nausea because of it

Still clean and maintain well , coolers and shared ironing board. The waiting area now has a vending machine.

They took out the fridge from the normal rooms, but guess it's part of the cost measures?

The location was great, situated near a lot of great food. Easy to get to. A bit out of the way from Kulai town but we were looking for somewhere quiet.

Pillow wasn't great. Probably need 2 pillows per person.
