The staff very kind and welcoming. They are really taking good care of their customers, be it at the reception area or at the breakfast area, they are all amazingly caring to both adults and children, helping you out with your order, preparing extra sausages or eggs just for my boys. The hotel felt safe, was clean. It is an extremely good value for your money. Thank you for the wonderful trip !

The mattress were quite hard, I found painful to sleep on it but my family members did not seem to mind, so it is probably up to one's preference. Else this property is only missing a swimming pool to be perfect ! ;-)

The staffs were very courteous and responsive to our requests. Unlike what I saw from the recent reviews of others, it was a nice experience. The room was spacious and clean. Look slightly different from the photos but most probably was due to wear and tear. Breakfast was not as bad as what I heard from reviews. Don't expect a whole spread of varieties from the price u at paying at RM15 per person. Good enough for a light and simple breakfast. Most definitely will go back to this hotel if I needed a place to stay at that area again.

Telephone line in the room was down and have to go down to reception to get extra pillow. Plus point.. the pillows arrived before we are able to go back up after a short smoke.

The room is quite soundproof and very comfortable. I can heal myself and have a good rest and me time after returning from my work. I stayed there for 4d3n and the room was also being cleaned everyday by the housekeeping and received clean towels when I returned from my work. The room size is also quite acceptable not too small where there still some spaces for me to perform prayers. Breakfast was also good.

Nothing. Just one of the head lamp didn't work. But it didn't matter. It still can light up the room and feel cozy to accompany my sleep.

Good Location, clean and comfort room, good service of hotel staff and great break first.

Already inform in Booking.com, we need the invoice and collect at hotel reception counter, but hotel not issue it to us, because we book the room at Booking.com, we hope this problem will settle in future, because the E-Invoice system will start on July 2025, E invoice should issue by Booking.com or hotel, need to be confirm.

We were impressed by the delicious breakfast spread esp the "ayam masak merah" & fried mee hoon. Million thanx to the staff (young lady) at the reception counter who allowed us to check in early. The bed was comfortable & they even entertained our request for two extra pillows - without extra charges.

Breakfast is out, not worth the money you paid for. Simple Malaysian dish like nasi lemak is not available. Taste is also out.

The family room was fantastic, large enough with small living hall and 2 tv sets. The aircon was functioning well. However the Bathroom was a bit small.

Family suit below rm300? That's a good deal! The room is spacious, clean, AC working well, high water pressure, and friendly staff. Lots of restaurant/fastfood chain nearby

Far from JB town if you plan to go to the mall but close to Legoland

The staffs were friendly and very helpful for the checkin and checkout. Facilities are as listed. Breakfast was good, with decent choices to choose from.

The aircond takes time to work, and its not really cold eventho I've adjusted the temperature. Some lights in the room dont work.

The staffs and the manager was really helpful. Love their work attitude. Will be there again.

The long chair needs to be changed in the room with more comfortable.
