One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Attention to detail was impeccable. We requested an early check in (3 hours early) with only 30 mins notice and they said yes straight away. We got there and they came straight out to help with luggage and then parked our car for us. Complimentary welcome drinks in the conservatory over looking the mountains. The suite was absolutely stunning. 3 balconies with gorgeous views. We stayed with our 3 children (16,15 & 11) so they made 3 beds up in the living area. Children all said their beds were really comfortable, as was ours. All the amenities you would need, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, moisturiser etc. We had a Christmas tree in the room which made it feel like home from home. The most perfect place to stop at Christmas. The breakfast was great. Hot & cold options. Everything freshly made and lots of choices. We were the only family of 5 staying there, and there was a table set up for us each morning which was a nice touch. No need to pull chairs around and squeeze in etc. Lovely little touches everywhere, Christmas cookies each morning. A present (a huge stunning candle) on Christmas Day with a lovely hand written note. The spa was gorgeous. Always nice and quiet in there. Sauna/ steam room, jacuzzi pool and outdoor heated pool and more. We all enjoyed it. Children loved going in the pools. I loved being able to call the bar upstairs and order a glass of champagne whilst relaxing on a sun longer. Great position with many restaurants & bars within walking distance. The hotel recommended a few places and booked us tables etc. We booked skiing and lessons through Experience Champéry which was recommended by the hotel. It’s opposite the hotel so it was easy to pop in and confirm my booking. They also gave me a discount code for 20% of ski rentals from the Berra shop just a few doors down. I would 100% recommend this hotel for couples or families.

The view from the rooms is stunning, with mountains all around. The hotel is well located at the beginning of the main street with all the bars and restaurants. The spa is beautiful and cosy, and the massages are fantastic. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices, including a lot of local products. Everyone was really nice and helpful, the arrival drink was a nice touch while the luggages were brought in the room. The Deluxe rooms are quite large with very large restroom, light from sunrise to sunset. The hotel is not very large, making it a more personal experience.

The bed was a bit too firm for our liking. The sauna bench in the spa could use a bit of sanding; there were loads of splinters. We were surprised to see a smart TV in the room but no access to any service aside from cable channels – we were told we had to plug a laptop using the HDMI cable if we wanted to use Netflix, YouTube, or other services. Those are minor details, and we'd definitely go back to this hotel. We absolutely loved it, and it was worth the price.

The views and location were exceptional. Loved the fact that the management provided local ‘tourist’ cards to enable discounts on a number of local attractions. This was a very welcome and offered a considerable saving on the cable cars. Room was finished to an incredibly high standard. Spa was superb with breathtaking views.

The rooms on the top floor were very hot at night time in the summer, made it difficult to sleep and there was no air conditioning.

Spacious room with high ceilings and beautiful care in the wooden structure and a small balcony to look out and see the mountains. Great shower and robes towels and slippers provided for spas along with complimentary water. Great breakfast! Pleasant and helpful staff! Great jacuzzi and sauna and steam room.

We thought the outdoor pool would be warmer.

In additional it has a wonderful spa area and swimming pool. Massages are available without having to book months in advance. Transfers to the ski slopes are provided. Local restaurants bookings made. Local knowledge shared A wonderful, luxury hotel.

The location, the layout and decor of the hotel. The room was very nice. Facilities were very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I think the rear of the hotel could be improved , it looks onto a dusty car park. The pool area is very small, it would benefit from more area for loungers.

Amazing location, wonderful staff, fresh and clean, good parking possibilities and fantastic nature on your doorstep

The room was lovely, but we really missed places and tools (just a couple of hangers in the closet) to hang up our clothes. Since many visitors probably come for hiking, skiing and other outdoor activities it would be very good with an abundance of wall mounted hooks and hangers in more than one place in the room. Also racks to put up your shoes, which would probably faciliate for the cleaning crew as well. Two racks for the suitcases in a two bed room would also be great. Other than that we have absolutely no complaints!

The spa, with it's incredible views, was what attracted us here and it didn't disappoint. Really nice public areas to relax in with those views from one of the dining areas. Breakfast was an excellent continental spread with many yoghurts, fruits, nuts, seeds as well as the usual items and some hot options also.

Set in a lovely village, this spa hotel was fantastic. Very friendly and accommodating staff who are happy to help with restaurant reservations and excursion recommendations. The Mountain View’s from the bedroom balcony are exceptional, as are the spa facilities. This is a great stay for the whole family.

We had a family room, with an amazing king size bed and two single sofa beds - I’m sure they could make room for a double sofa bed instead.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Spa was beautiful. Staff super friendly. Great location.. minutes walk from restaurant and bars; ski lift, train station. Great location for skiing also lots of ski hire shops within minutes walk.
