This place was in such a lovely location. I really enjoyed lying in the pool all day and walking to the restaurants nearby in the evening. The manager here was very polite and paid me wonderful compliments. I need to take the time to really brag on the concierge team; most importantly Ines. There were very few English speaking people here but she spoke enough to take care of my every need. I hate to admit that I can be a bit needy on vacation, as I like things a certain way. Ines truly met all of my expectations. She booked taxis for me, told me how to get to different restaurants and listened to me every time I had a problem. Ines would always follow me out to my car to make sure I was okay. She is a real Angel. If it were not for her I would be rating my stay a lot differently right now. Ines had a way of improving everything for me. Unlike so many in Morocco, she could hear my cries and interpret them to accommodate me. As a solo traveler this was huge. She also never missed an opportunity to tell me that I was valued. When I would thank her she would say, “Well you are so important and I want others here to also know that.” Ines went above and beyond for me and I want her to receive a promotion and be compensated for it. I had several frustrations that she fixed herself and changed my whole experience.

It is not the hotel’s fault but the laws are really strict about drinking alcohol outside the hotel room. I stayed in 5 other hotels in Morocco and this was never an issue. I can’t imagine why the Mediterranean region is so aggressively against enjoying a glass of wine out at the pool or the beach.

I like the views that my room has and the hotel is very clean also Madame samira is wonderful

I dont like the sun light that come into my room the hotel don’t have blackout and for me its not comfortable to sleep on sunlight

Friendly and helpful staff who were always on hand, but were also unobtrusive. Spacious rooms and great sea and mountain views. Having a fridge was extremely helpful

The kitchenette was very basic, we needed a sponge and washing up liquid to make best use of it. The kettle and fridge were helpful, but there was no means of cooking anything.

Everything about this place was amazing since the phone call and the way how they answered and make you feel welcome even before you arrive . My stay with my family was just amazing and great experience that will be forever memorable for us . I will come back for sure and this hotel became my favorite one in the north of Morocco . The location was perfect, front beach and a beautiful relaxing pool. Fnideq and M’diq were also 10mins away by car.

Overall happy with the Hotel, however breakfast could have more options as a 4 star hotel.

Staff was very nice, mr Anouar as well as the security members were very welcoming. Great restaurant service !

Location on the beach, nice pool, comfortable room. Close to restaurants and other scenic towns and beaches. Helpful and courteous staff.

The location is good,just on the beach. 90% of the rooms have sea view. The stuff is marvellous. We admired everything.
