nobody has CHANGE!!! Not dollar, not bolivars! This is 5 star hotel, why they can not even break $20 bill??? Restaurant, reception, gift shop, they all do not have change $$$ their boss can’t leave $50 or even $20 change in their register ???

Very classy comfortable Hotel with stunning service and attention. Also easy to pay since they accept international credit cards with ease.

Good place to kick back and tackle the jet lag before starting our proper Venezuela tour :) For all visitors of the worrying kind: They claim they have their own well and therefore have drinkable tap water. We did drink it and survived so it seems to be true.

A bit difficult to get in touch with the staff - but the hotel was also almost empty.

The internet was kinda slow but as I noticed, it’s regular everywhere in Venezuela.

the breakfast great. there was lots food variety, maybe a little over price for the rest of the meals. Suite with Terrace was the perfect spot to propose to my girlfriend.

the rooms are not fully sound proof, specially coming from the window. Our first night we stay there, there was a Jehovah witness gathering where they had the music wide open ( the event was held outside of the hotel), the music was kept on until 2:00 am. The one thing that I dislike the most was the sofa bed is really but really thin.

Great place to spend a day, a week or a month. The amenities are amazing: pool, game room, restaurant… but the best is their staff specially Gemma at the front desk.

Breakfasts are tricky. If you just want a plate of fruit..the fruit comes in a package with cereal pancake etc our mistake... language issue .. but two plates of fruit and 2 coffees $28.. wow

Very good location close to fish restaurants by the beach. Excellent Swimming pool and very good restaurant.

Hotel rooms are a bit dated. Taxi price to take you to the airport is outrageous (more expensive than in European cities).

Breakfast, facilities and bed

Internet speed and range. A poor internet connection with a low speed. The swimming pool looks dirty in some areas. The shuttle service must be included as it is usually included in any hotel close to the airport. Air conditioning equipment is a noisy one

Breakfast was not included in the price, and it was terribly expensive.
