For me the included transport to the airport is a very important feature. The hotel itself and the rooms are simple but more than sufficient. I had a new air-conditioning, television and warm water. All I could ask for. There is a small restaurant and a bar, for a good drink and meal. Add the friendly personal to the mix, and you have yourself a solid choice for an overnight stay close to the airport. As a tour guide I know my way around in all the hotels and posadas close to Maiquetia, and for sure there are more luxurious options. But when it comes to price / quality, Catimar is my go to choice.

It is good value for money, rooms are small and simple but have everything we needed. Quality of bed was good, had a comfortable night sleep. Transport from/to airport is convenient. There is a restaurant in the hotel with plenty of options of drinks and food. Staff were friendly.

We had to wait 1 hour at the airport to be picked up.

The Location of this hotel is super convenient if you’re going to the airport. There is a lovely restaurant at the hotel with a variety of delicious dishes and there is a shuttle going every hour from the airport to the restaurant and viceversa. I would recommend this place to stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff

The only thing is had an issue with it, it’s advertised as a Beach Front, and the beach was a bit dirty. I noticed, there was not trash container around the beach. In my opinion, the hotel should instal few trash depositories, so people can put the trash in. It’s a tiny and beautiful beach, and it’s need more love and care

It's a nice place to stay. Staff is nice, Restaurant is good as well, they have airport transfer. Nice experience!

The Beach is located in front of the hotel, but nothing else interesting to do around there. If you have to wait a long time for your flight you have to stay in the lobby

Its a very nice hotel in front of the beach, they picked up us at the airport around 5 minutes after we arrived. Staff is very kind. The room is nice too. It's perfect for wait for a next day flight. The bad, there are no shop arround and if you need something you will have to buy it in the store inside the hotel.

Food in the restaurant not so good. And seafood is very expensive.

I like that they have shuttle to the hotel, it was on time, and driver was very professional. We also liked the restaurant in the hotel.

We did not feel safe when it was dark outside, but it was probably safe but we wanted to walk ater dinner and we restrain oursleved to do it.

very helpful , hospitality is on the top range, helped me with transport a lot , was very kind, the restaurant as well very good, the beach just almost straight behind doors, the location is best.

La atencion del personal/ the personnel attention was great.

La habitación es pequena si trae varias maletas se puede volver incomoda/ the rooms are small if you bring many suitcases may be uncomfortable.

I got charged suspicious amount from my card 2 days AFTER the stay, however the problem must be the hotel staff, not booking.com. Would be great if this is investigated further on your side as well. It happend with the hotel Catimar, Venezuela, guest Maria Jose Herrera Monsalve, 4/11-5/11. Thank you
