The location was excellent and well kept. The view from the hotel was excellent. The outside building looked old but the inside was very well made. It has a small shopping complex attached to the lobby.

Disappointed with how breakfast servers expect tip for them brining the coffee to you. If you don't tip them one day, they won't even ask you for coffee the other day. That behavior from a 5 star hotel was disgusting. The shower massage did not work. I stayed in two rooms but it was not working in any of the rooms. The bidet was leaking. You just don't expect such things from a 5 star. Being a 5 star hotel they don't carry a first aid box. I was shocked when they told me the don't have first aid when I needed something. A small organization of 15 people have first aid and this was a well branded 5 start hotel.

The food and the hotel in general is the nicest you get in Caracas

The prices are outrageous I got charged for a few deep fried cheese sticks in Spanish teqienios 72USD I think in general breakfast at 50 60 USD per person it's not normal for this country and it's nothing special to be honest. Taxi will rip you apart in Caracas for a 300 meter ride from the Hotel they will charge you like 20$ . To go to the airport at least 50 and this is where gas is cheaper then water.Big turn off for tourists.

The Eurobuilding Hotel is a Caracas old time classic. There is a lot of room for improvement but I am glad that at least stays exactly the same way it was 20 years ago. The lobby area is gorgeous, friendly staff, clean rooms, nice Pool area with great view of the Avila Mountain. Breakfast was included and it was really good with plenty of choices. The Japanese restaurant was good and for a fair price. The Italian restaurant has delicious food but a bit overpriced.

Prices in the outside/Pool bar are crazy high. Like, I know we were in a "5 start hotel", but drinks are way too expensive in comparison to a nice restaurant in the city.

Front desk staff was very nice and helpful! Overall, well maintained infrastructure, the pool area is very nice! Really comfy beds and spacious rooms!!

The first night we had two small roaches (chiripas) walk around our room… The pool restaurant/room service items way overpriced. For some reason we couldn’t charge anything to our room account, making it very uncomfortable given Venezuela’s situation with cash. I’d have preferred to make one big card payment at the end, but I guess many people just leave the hotel unannounced…

Very kind, polite and helpful staff. Very convenient location and ambiance. The hotel has all that we needed and more.

Although the premises are clean and well maintained, it is aging, thus some updating would be perfect.

The hotel is in a very central location, meaning that you can easily navigate by foot or by taxi to many of the malls that you are close by. The breakfast is amazing and sufficiently varied to satisfy most palates.

The room was great, the internet speed Not so much.

Again, I think the description of the room is misleading; it said it had “Mountain View” and you could assume is the city with the Avila behind but it was referring to the little mountain behind the hotel. When I got to the room I was disappointed.

Very good diferences choices for local food services and atendance good.

Room need and up grade , we stay multiple night in diference dates, a/c was droping water , room service a litle late for breakfast we returned on our way out.

Good atmosphere at hotel.

Restaurants nearby - Hanami and Sottovoce expensive for very modest quality.

Great location, Bar, Swimming pool, “Best Breakfast in Caracas” with national & international items, friendly service, front desk & serving staff speak English, dinner menu very good, pricy though, but that is Venezuela, great atmosphere during Christmas & New Year period…

I wanted to order a bottle of Procesco, $60!!!! It was $30 (or 40) a day before, it was in the afternoon of the 31st of December… but they didn’t drop the price, so I’m positive the bottle is still there as I was the only one ordering Bottles of Procesco there during my stay..
