Didn't have breakfast while at the hotel. The owners Mike and Mary are great hosts! They each went the EXTRA Mile to accommodate their guests and ensure the stay was pleasant and comfortable, to include ice for the room. While in Hiawatha, Kansas I would recommend this lodging even if just an overnight stay.

The facilities are "mature" and CLEAN. The owners (Mike & Mary) are planning and working to make the necessary improvements.

The couple that are the owners and operators of the facility were kind, generous, and very accommodating. They have done a wonderful job of restoring this facility. The room was well decorated, and the beds were very comfortable. The owner even called us later, reporting that we had left a small, broken, necklace in the room. She thought it may have been gold, but it was just costume jewelry. It was so nice of her to call. If we are ever in town, we will definitely stay at this hotel again. Staff was extremely nice and friendly. I left something in the room and they found it and called very quickly making so I didn't lose much time from my mistake.

The doors were locked when I returned fairly late at night. Luckily I found a door that wasn't but had to search for it.

The owners/operators were very personable, hands-on and helpful. They have recently spent much time, energy and funding to renovate the facility.

The pool was out of commission. Granted, it was mid-April and maybe not the optimal time of year to go swimming. There was no breakfast option, even though it was stated in the description. They had not restored their breakfast area since COVID.

The staff was very friendly, the room was adequately sized and very clean, although they did not have food service, they were very kind in explaining to us the different options in the surrounding area.

Only personally the pillows were too thick, but for my family everything was great!!

Very clean and cozy. All rooms newly remodeled with cute little Knick knacks. The owner is a very nice woman. Super helpful with a genuine smile. Really good place for my fellow drivers who spend a lot of time on the road. And you can’t beat the price.

Great price, located off the highway, very spacious room, very clean, and good quality towels and linens for a smaller hotel. Don't judge a book by its cover as this is a cute, cozy place to stay. Support local Mom & Pop lodging!!

Little outdated and outdoors were overgrown with weeds. However, room is very clean and cozy.

This a beautiful facility, obviously a real Fairfield Inn at some point in its history. Very helpful front desk. Great folks!

Being poorly maintained is all. short cuts every where! There was a distinct cattle ranch odor upon entering.

Cleanliness of room and friendliness of the owner was a plus. We were upgraded to a special room.

The only thing would be not having key card access. This hotel still uses manual keys for entry and does prevent access to front door after certain hours.

It was a great hotel and everything and everyone was nice I enjoyed my stay there, and I'd stay there again
