Bailey at the main desk was a knockout. She has tons of info and was just a doll. One of the maids, Heather I think, was also a very nice and had lots of great local info too. The location couldn't have been more centralized. It was right in the middle of all the attractions, food, and shopping.

The price was high, but that's to be expected on a busy weekend.

Whenever I visit Benedictine, I stay here. It is the best Holiday Inn I've ever stayed at. It's clean, comfortable, and the staff is awesome / very friendly.

Nothing at all! Everything was perfect

We didn't eat but it looked good. We had breakfast plans both mornings off site.

no fan in the bathrooms. coffee was out three times when I went to get a cup in the lobby.

Water pressure in the showers were amazing and the bed was very comfortable!

The bathroom didn’t look fully clean but it could have been age of the room.

The Staff was some of the most courteous I have experienced. We were there for a college visit to Benedictine College. The Location was close to the college and downtown shops and restaurants.

I really wish the hotel would have had a hot tub or sauna room.

We liked everything about our stay there.

Only bad part was the nearby train tracks and industrial area, that started rolling just before sunrise. Wasn't terrible since we travel with a fan, but it could be heard. Nice place though.

The location was ideal & the breakfasts were wonderful! I was pleasantly surprised with the shampoo, conditioner & body wash that was provided. The lighting in the bathroom & in the room itself was very good as well.

Everything was Great! Can't think of anything that could have been better.
