I loved everything about the room and property. I especially enjoyed the walk in shower and the shower head actually worked unlike most hotel shower heads. The room was clean and so comfortable and the entire hotel was clean and welcoming. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

Room was a little expensive for where it is located but I get it's the summer.

The rooms were amazing! Definitely not expecting how nice and roomy they would be. And fully stocked with dishes and everything you would need for an extended stay. It was just like staying in a small apartment.

The breakfast was good, but we were assuming it would be a hot breakfast, like scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, and bacon. The "hot" items, such as breakfast burritos, and breakfast sandwiches, were prepackaged and you had to heat them up yourself. Otherwise, everything was really good.

The overnight staff, the room, the gym and the pool were all top notch. It was clean and very comfortable. I will be staying there again when I visit the Leavenworth area.

The breakfast wasn't really that good. The sandwiches are stale and the bowl did not have an option for no onions. The coffee was not hot.

Location was perfect to enjoy the downtown restaurants. Easy walking distance. Room was huge. Lots of amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Pool was closed for maintenance. One of the reasons I selected the hotel. Family missed out. No advance notice, only a sign. 1 elevator was down which made the wait long.

Location is the best in Leavenworth because you’re right downtown. Across from “artistic works by Lu” is a definite bonus! You are walking distance from many restaurants also.

Honestly I can’t think of anything other than our hot water took a long time heating up, but once it did, it was good.

The facilities were excellent. The room was spacious and offered great amenities for a family traveling with dogs. We had a convenient little breakfast spread to kick off the morning that was simple but held options. The gym was quite frankly the best equipped I’ve seen at a hotel! It was also great to have a laundry facility for extended stays.

Nothing I didn’t like! Wish I stayed longer to have made use of the pool.

I had a late flight and arrive about 11::45 pm. My check in person was very welcoming and patient with making sure my questions were answered. The housekeeping personnel were please and attentive to my requests.

There was a constant knocking noise in the wall each night. It sounded like it was coming from the elevator. It was extremely annoying. I didn’t request a room. It really should be fixed. Thank you.

Great location in downtown Leavenworth. Close to food, shopping and entertainment.

Hot water was a bit of a puzzle. Had to turn on the shower, the kitchen faucet and the bathroom faucet to get hot water. Can’t imagine how much water was wasted.

I requested with one room, two beds. When I arrived, the receptionist advised that my order was for one 1 room, 1x bed and Sofa. I didn't want to ask more questions. I tooked it as is and moved on.

Cleanliness of the room, geographical position of the hotel.

I really like that you guys try to make the rooms as much like home as possible and being able to bring my cat waa great!. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Everything was very clean and overall it was just a nice hotel. The Tesla charges are a very nice touch as well!

It would've been nice to have some meat at breakfast. While the USB-A ports are handy, they're worn and don't really work anymore. Those could be replaced and maybe add some USB-C ports.
